【発明の効果】この発明の集合住宅の配管構造は、複数

スラブの下面に梁状に張り出して上面が溝状の配管ピッ
トとなるピット形成部を、衛生設備の設置部の近傍から
前記竪配管スペースに延びて設け、前記竪配管スペース
に設置された設備配管の竪管と前記衛生設備とに接続さ
れる横引き配管を前記配管ピット内に設け、この配管ピ
ットに蓋を設けたため、配管のメンテナンスに他の住戸
内での工事が不要で、メンテナンスが行い易く、また階
高を高くすることなく、メンテナンス性の優れた配管が
可能となる。前記ピット形成部を、隣合う住戸間の界壁
に沿って設けた場合は、上階の住戸のピット形成部が下
階の住戸の住空間の妨げと成り難く、また目立ち難い。
前記ピット形成部を、下階の住戸の間仕切壁に沿って設
けた場合も、上階の住戸のピット形成部が下階の住戸の
住空間の妨げと成り難く、また目立ち難い。前記ピット
形成部を廊下幅に相当する横断面幅とした場合は、ピッ
ト形成部における下階の天井面への張出部分が、廊下の
天井部となり、また廊下の天井が全幅に渡ってピット形
成部となるので、上階の住戸のピット形成部が下階の住
戸の住空間の妨げと成り難く、またより一層目立ち難
い。各階の住戸における配管ピット形成部を、納戸また
は収納家具の設置される収納空間内に設けた場合は、ピ
ット形成部における下階の天井面への張出部分が、収納
空間の天井部となるので、上階の住戸のピット形成部が
下階の住戸の住空間の妨げと成り難く、またより一層目
立ち難い。この発明の集合住宅は、この発明の上記のい
ずれか構成の配管構造を備えるものであって、階高を2
650〜2850mmとしたものであるため、一般的な階
高としながら、配管のメンテナンスに別の住戸内での工
事が不要なものとなる。

前記衛生設備とに接続される横引き配管を前記配管ピッ
ト内に設け、この配管ピットに蓋を設けた集合住宅の配
管構造。
