As a result, a plurality of adjacent brush means 40 are provided.
Can be driven by the common drive source 60.
In the present embodiment, the drive source 60 is disposed at the center, and a total of six brush means 40 are driven by the common drive source 60, three on each side. By applying the same structure to other brush means, the number of moving electrodes 15 can be reduced to 60.
In the moving electrode type electrostatic precipitator of the lane, all the brush means can be driven by ten driving sources, which greatly contributes to simplification of the driving device. In this embodiment, the plurality of adjacent brush units are driven by the common drive source as described above, and the plurality of moving electrodes corresponding to the plurality of brush units are also shared by the same mechanism as described above. It is driven by a driving source, which greatly contributes to simplification of the driving device.

In this embodiment, in addition to the above-mentioned features, the dust collecting electrode plate of each moving electrode corresponding to the plurality of adjacent brush means has a phase difference from the dust collecting electrode plates of the other moving electrodes. Driven. That is, with reference to the phase of the dust collecting electrode plate 32A of the moving electrode 15A in FIG. 1, the dust collecting electrode plate 32B of the moving electrode 15B is driven with a phase difference of 30 ° delay, and the dust collecting electrode 32C of the moving electrode 15C is driven. The electrode plate 32C is driven with a phase difference of 60 ° delay. Hereinafter, similarly, the common driving source 6
The dust collecting electrode plates 32 of the moving electrode 15 of 6 lanes corresponding to a plurality of brush means driven by 0, 0 °, 30 °, 6 °
It is driven with a phase difference every 30 ° in the order of 0 °, 90 °, 120 °, 150 °.

The reason why the phase difference is provided for driving the dust collecting electrode plate 32 as described above is that the outer shape of the dust collecting electrode plate 32 is closely related. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the dust collecting electrode plate 32 has a structure in which the periphery of a thin steel plate 72 is reinforced by a relatively thick vertical frame 74 and a horizontal frame 76 mainly for the purpose of weight reduction and strength. It is said.

For this reason, when the dust collecting electrode plate 32 passes between a pair of brushes 36 and 38 arranged at a fixed position as shown in FIG. Relatively little deformation of the brush 78, the brush 36,
38 is small in rotational torque. Further, since the pressing force of the brush against the steel plate 72 is small, the steel plate 72 is
The passing resistance when passing through 0 is also small. On the other hand, in the portion of the horizontal frame 76 shown in (b), the deformation of the brush 78 of the brush is large, and the rotational torque of the brushes 36 and 38 is large. Further, since the pressing force of the brush against the horizontal frame 76 is large, the passage resistance when the horizontal frame 76 passes through the brush means 40 also increases. In one trial calculation example, the horizontal frame 76 is
And the rotational torque required for the brush means 40 are about twice that of the steel plate 72.

Therefore, the plurality of movable electrodes 15 and the plurality of brush means 40 are commonly used in a state where the dust collecting electrode plates 32 of the plurality of adjacent movable electrodes 15 have no phase difference with each other as shown in FIG. When driven by the driving source of the brush unit 4, the horizontal frames 76 of the plurality of
0 at the same time, and the load on the common drive source and transmission mechanism at this time increases. For this reason, a common drive source and a transmission mechanism must be provided so as to withstand a temporary large load, which leads to an increase in equipment cost.

On the other hand, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, since the dust collecting electrode plates 32 of the adjacent moving electrodes 15 have a phase difference from each other, the moving electrodes 15 and the When the brush means 40 is driven by a common driving source, the horizontal frames 76 of the plurality of dust collecting electrode plates 32
0 at the same time, and the load on the common drive source and the transmission mechanism is averaged. For this reason, the capacity and strength of the common drive source and the transmission mechanism can be reduced, and equipment costs can be reduced.

In the above embodiment, a plurality of adjacent brush means are driven by a common drive source, and a plurality of moving electrodes corresponding to the plurality of brush means are driven by a common drive source by a similar mechanism. I tried to make it. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the common driving source of the brush means is set to six moving electrode lanes,
The brush means and the moving electrode may be driven by a common driving source in different combinations so that the common driving source for the moving electrode is for three lanes. Alternatively, only the brush means may be driven by a common driving source, and the moving electrode may use an individual driving source for each lane.

In the above embodiment, the dust collecting electrode plates of adjacent moving electrodes have a phase difference of 30 °. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the dust collecting electrode plate of each moving electrode corresponding to a plurality of brush means driven by a common driving source has a phase difference with the dust collecting electrode plate of at least one other moving electrode. I just need. For example, when the brush means driven by the common drive source corresponds to six moving electrode lanes, when the dust collecting electrode plates of each moving electrode corresponding to a plurality of brush means have a phase difference by the following combination. Are included in the present invention, and the effects of the present invention can be enjoyed. Example 1: 0 °, 30 °, 60 °, 0 °, 30 °, 60 ° Example 2: 0 °, 0 °, 90 °, 90 °, 180 °, 180 ° Example 3: 0 °, 90 °, 0 ° °, 90 °, 0 °, 90 °
