Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collection tray for quail's eggs with which many eggs can be easily packaged, which can be used as a returnable packaging device such as a returnable case, and which saves packaging expenses. SOLUTION: This relates to a synthetic resin sheet collection tray for quails' eggs. A plurality of storage recesses 1, each of which stores an egg, is surrounded by a support 2, and is separated by a separation wall 21, are formed in a plurality of lines. The bottom part of the recess 1 and the top part of the support 2 are formed either with a protrusion 4 for preventing a lateral slide or a fitting part 8 for fitting with the protrusion 4 in stacking the trays. The positional relation of the bottom of the recess 1 and the top of the support 2 is so arranged that the bottom of each recess 1 of an upper stage tray is superposed on the top of each support 2 of a lower stage tray when they are stacked at 90 deg. phase angle and the fitting part 3 and the protrusion 4 fit relatively.

However, in recent years, there has been a method of selling packaged foods such as natto and buckwheat noodles in a package with quail eggs with shells, one for each pack. It has come to be. When quail eggs are packaged one by one with such a packaged food, as described above, if packages packed in containers of 10 are used, it takes time and effort to unpack the package, and cost is reduced. Because it is uneconomical, a waste paper material is used to form a cushion material with a large number of recesses arranged, and quail eggs are accommodated in each of these recesses. In order to pack and store in a corrugated manner, a means is adopted in which a flat plate made of corrugated cardboard is interposed between the steps of each cushion material. However, since this cushioning material is disposable, it has a problem to be solved that wastes resources, increases waste, and increases overall packaging cost.

The quail egg 7 shown in the embodiment comprises a cup-shaped container 61 made of a synthetic resin sheet large enough to be filled with eggs and having a flange peripheral edge at the opening and a sheet-like lid 62. The individual packaging tools 6 are individually sealed and individually packaged. The accommodating recess 1 of the quail egg collecting tray has a size such that the individually wrapped quail eggs can be almost completely accommodated together with the individual wrapping tools 6, and the peripheral edge of the flange of the individual wrapping tool 6 is in contact with the column 2. It is formed as a recess having a size that is in a hanging shape. Reinforcing ribs may be formed in the side wall in the vertical direction. By arranging a predetermined number of the accommodation recesses 1 at a predetermined interval, pillars 2 are formed between the accommodation recesses 1, and each accommodation recess 1 is surrounded by the pillar 2. The bottom of the accommodation recess 1 is the lowermost surface of the tray, and the top of the column 2 is the uppermost surface of the tray. In addition, a projection 4 is formed at the top of all or some of the necessary portions of the support portion 2 to prevent side slip when the quail egg collection tray is accumulated, and the projection 4 is formed at the bottom of the accommodation recess 1. An engaging portion 3 is formed which engages and prevents lateral movement. In the embodiment shown, the engaging portion 3 has the accommodation recess 1 of a size to which the projection 4 is fitted.
The protrusions protrude toward the inside, but are not limited to this shape, and may be cuts or through holes into which the protrusions 4 are fitted.

In the arrangement of the receiving recesses 1 and the support columns 2 on the tray, in the first embodiment, a total of 30 receiving recesses are arranged in five rows of six recesses. Therefore, the pillar portions 2 formed so as to surround the housing recesses 1 at a distance from each other are arranged in six rows of seven each including pillars also serving as rising walls around the outside of the tray. The number of arrangements of the receiving recesses 1 can generally be increased further according to the claims. For example, if the number of one row is eight and seven rows are provided, the number of eggs accommodated in one tray is 56. In this case, the number of the support portions 2 is eight in each of nine columns.

The quail egg 7 is provided with the shell as it is, as the quail egg E wrapped in the individual wrapping device 6, or in a state in which only the contents from which the shell has been removed are accommodated in the individual wrapping device as described above and sealed. The quail egg collecting trays are stored in the receiving recess 1, and the quail egg collecting trays are stacked in a plurality of stages, the centers of the respective stages are aligned on a single vertical axis, and the phases are rotated by 90 degrees and directly stacked on the top of the column 2 of the lower tray. Then, the bottom of the accommodation recess 1 of the upper tray is overlapped, and at the same time, the engaging portion 3 and the projection 4 are fitted or engaged, so that mutual sliding movement is prevented. In the individual wrapper 6 for quail eggs housed in each housing recess 1, the peripheral edge of the flange around the opening of the cup-shaped container 61 is received in a suspended manner by the top of the column 2, thereby preventing horizontal movement. As a result, movement in the vertical direction is also prevented, and protection is provided against external forces in all directions. In addition, by using the individual wrapping device 6, the quail eggs are packed in an outer packing case 5 and shipped in a safe state with only the shelled or shelled contents.

The collecting tray for quail eggs described in the above embodiments is very inexpensive because only one synthetic resin sheet is blow-molded. In addition, a separator is not required between the layers at the time of lamination, the packaging operation is easy, and the packaging cost can be reduced as compared with the conventional case. In addition, since the tray itself can be reused without being deformed even after being used once, packaging costs can be further reduced by repeatedly using the tray.

In the first embodiment, the housing recesses 1 are arranged in five rows of six, and one tray can hold 30 quail eggs. As shown in FIG. 9, a truncated cone-shaped engaging portion 3 is formed at the bottom. The engaging portion 3 is a recess protruding inward of the housing recess 1. Reinforcement rib 1 on the side wall in the depth direction
1 is formed. The support portion 2 has an octagonal pyramid shape, and a truncated cone-shaped projection 4 that engages with the engagement portion 3 is formed at the top. A partition 21 having a flat upper surface is formed between two adjacent pillars 2 that are positioned adjacent to each other. The eggs are enclosed with the pillars 2 so as to surround the housing recess 1 and, at the same time, the whole tray is compressed. This contributes to the rigidity that can withstand the stress.

FIG. 12 shows a state of being packaged in the outer packing case 5. The uppermost tray T1 shows a state in which quail eggs E individually wrapped are accommodated only in a part of the accommodation recesses. The front tray T2 in which the quail eggs E are accommodated in the entire concave portion has a horizontal angle of 9 with respect to the tray T1.
The layers are stacked in a direction rotated by 0 degrees. Tray T
The tray T3 in the front stage of No. 2 is further shifted by 90 degrees with respect to the tray T2. The quail eggs stacked in a plurality of stages in this manner are housed in the outer packing case 5 and shipped. In this embodiment, the quail eggs E individually wrapped have been described. However, it is needless to say that the quail eggs in a naked state can be stored and used in each recess.

As is clear from the above description, the collecting tray for quail eggs of the present invention is inexpensive because one synthetic resin sheet is blow-molded, and is laminated in a packaging box. In this case, it is not necessary to use a separator between the layers, and the packaging operation is easy, so that the packaging cost can be reduced more than before.
Also, the packaging cost burden is small because the tray itself is inexpensive, but it can be reused even if some deformation occurs, so it can be used as a pass-through packaging tool, further reducing packaging cost. Has the effect that can.
