2. Description of the Related Art Recently,
Waste disposal sites are increasingly adopting advanced water leakage prevention / leakage detection methods, such as the use of water leakage sensors, as environmental problems increase. Conventionally, waste disposal sites have buried water-impervious sheets along the inside and outside boundaries of the waste disposal site to suppress contact between the waste and the outside world. In general, a method using a mortar stopper, a band stopper, or the like is applied to a joint surface between a pipe body for draining water and a water-blocking sheet. In addition, a polyethylene pipe having excellent durability is often used for the drain pipe, and this polyethylene has a problem that an appropriate adhesive for adhering to the waterproof sheet is not found.

However, with such a simple method, it is difficult to perform stable water stoppage for a long period of time, because the adhesion between the pipe and the impermeable sheet becomes insufficient or deterioration due to aging occurs. There was a problem that this resulted in groundwater contamination and odor emission.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to achieve the above-mentioned object, and has a water-impervious sheet buried in soil to block water inside and outside a waste disposal site. A polyethylene resin drainage pipe extending from the waste disposal site to the outside of the waste disposal site through the water-impervious sheet, and facing the inner peripheral surface of the through-hole of the water-impervious sheet through which the drainage tube penetrates and the inner peripheral surface A pair of coating layers composed of an adhesive mainly composed of a polyolefin resin, which are respectively coated on the outer peripheral surface of the drainage pipe, are bonded to each other, and the drainage pipe and the impermeable sheet are joined so as to be impermeable to water. Provide a drainage and impermeable structure for a waste disposal site consisting of a bonding layer. That is, the gist of the present invention is:
Specifically, a polyolefin-based adhesive is applied with a certain width or more to the outer peripheral surface of a polyethylene extruded pipe as a drain pipe, while the drain pipe easily penetrates a waterproof sheet used in a disposal site or the like. After applying a polyolefin adhesive in the same manner as the drain pipe, when joining the waterproof sheet and the drain pipe, use an adhesive between the coating layers and use a band etc. if necessary, It is intended to physically provide the joint with high strength and high waterproofness. In addition, the present invention provides a simple and highly reliable method of joining a water-impervious sheet and a drain pipe, the operation of which is completed by welding a water-impervious sheet at a disposal site.

As the drainage pipe used in the present invention, a polyethylene resin pipe is used, and is not particularly limited. The drainage pipe is of various types having high durability and excellent in durability, and guarantees the watertightness of the connection portion of the pipe body. Are preferred. The impermeable sheet used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a soft synthetic resin or rubber-based one that is generally used in a waste disposal site, but has excellent workability, safety, and water impermeability. Are particularly preferred. Specifically, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, polyethylene resin, blend of olefin resin and rubber or soft polyvinyl chloride resin as a soft synthetic resin, urethane rubber, ethylene / propylene / diene based as a rubber Rubber and butyl rubber are each preferred. The structure of the water-impervious sheet is not limited to one having one or more layers laminated, but may be a sheet having a double composition in which two substrates are connected by a large number of ribs.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the water-permeable sheet piece 3 has a through hole 9 having a bent edge 9a for penetrating the drain pipe 2. In this case, too, it is difficult to adhere due to the characteristics of the polyurethane material. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, a polyolefin adhesive is applied to the through-hole 9 including the inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the bent edge portion 9a in a required width. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the coating layer 6b is formed by heating with a hot gun 7.

[0017] A tensile strength test and a water leak test of the joint obtained by the above-described joining method were performed. As for the tensile strength, no abnormality was confirmed even when the impermeable sheet was stretched. Was left at 5M head for 24 hours, but no water leakage was confirmed. For comparison, the water stopping performance of the conventional joining method was measured, but water could not be stopped at all.
