Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can prevent a content easy to break by impact from being damaged, and can greatly reduce wastes generated after use of the content while maintaining the configuration being displayable, and can reduce both of the costs of raw materials and the personnel expenses. SOLUTION: This packaging bag comprises a double bag of an internal bag and an external bag, in which a content which is easily deteriorated by an external force is housed. A gas layer, preferably an air layer, is provided between the internal bag comprising a double face thermally weldable film, and the external bag comprising an internal surface thermally weldable film. At the same time, at least at one location, the internal bag and the external bag are welded, preferably at vertical and/or lateral welded sections. At the time of the manufacture, the internal film and the external film, which are separately wound, are rewound while being superposed. Then, the content is mounted, and respective both end edge sections of the internal film and the external film are integrally welded. Compressed air is fed by inserting a nozzle in a space between the internal film and the external film, and then, a lateral welding-cutting is performed.

The tray packaging is a waste material after use, and the tray uses a large amount of plastic and is bulky, so there is a problem in its treatment. It is recommended that tray packaging be avoided as much as possible. . Filling in a plastic bag is a preferred method because the amount of plastic material used is small, but if the contents are shape-deteriorating, the contents will be impacted through the flexible bag material during the distribution process. It is damaged and its appearance is significantly impaired, which impairs its value as a product. Therefore, there has been a demand for a technique of using a plastic bag and making it less susceptible to an external force.

The plastic film used in the present invention is not particularly limited and may be transparent or opaque. Polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, vinyl chloride, a laminate thereof, or a metal-deposited layer thereof, polyvinylidene chloride, aluminum foil, Laminates with paper and other materials are also used. As the material for the inner film, the inner surface is heat-fusible. The heat-fusible layer on the inner surface is necessary for bag making, and in order to fuse the inner bag with the outer bag, the outer surface is also preferably heat-fusible. The outer film only needs to have a heat-fusible inner surface. The same film may be used for the inner film and the outer film. However, if the inner film is flexible, the contents are well protected, and if the outer film is slightly hard, it is preferable because the external impact can be reduced. Thin polyethylene, unstretched polypropylene and the like are preferably used for the inner film, and thicker stretched polypropylene, polyester, nylon and the like are used for the outer film.

[0008] The form of the bag is not particularly limited. A two-sided seal type in which both ends of a tubular film are horizontally fused, a three-sided seal type in which the film is folded in the length direction and has one vertical fusion part, and a vertical fusion part is the center of one side of the bag. A pillow type, a four-sided fusion type, a stand pack, and the like, which are horizontally fused to each other. In the present invention, the vertical fusion part means a fusion part parallel to the flow direction of the supplied film, and the horizontal fusion part means a fusion part perpendicular to the flow direction of the film. When the horizontal fused portions at both ends of the inner bag are fused together with the horizontal fused portions at both ends of the outer bag, the movement of the middle bag in the outer bag is restricted, and vibration and external pressure applied to the contents are reduced. . For example, after once sealing the contents in the inner bag, this inner bag is placed in the center of the outer film of the horizontal bag making and filling machine, and the inner bag is sealed during the horizontal fusion and cutting of the outer film while supplying air. The horizontal fusion bonding portion can also be fusion bonded at the same time. At this time, the horizontal fusion bonding portion fuses the four films of the inner film and the outer film at the same time.

Films are separately supplied from an inner film winding roll (not shown) and an outer film winding roll (not shown), and the inner film 1 is placed on the heat-fusible layer of the outer film 2 on a belt conveyor. Was put. In this example, the inner film 1 was 1 cm wider than the outer film 2. As a first step, two locations separated from each other are heated and fused with a fixed sealer, and the inner film 1 and the outer film 2 are locally fused to form two integrated portions 4. The displacement of the two films was prevented. It is preferable that the non-fused portion 9 is provided intermittently in the integrated portion 4. When the non-fused portion 9 is provided, a buffer portion is formed over the entire surface of the packaging bag as shown in FIG. Integrated part 4

In the second step, the contents 3 were supplied and placed at the center of the width of the bag. A part of the contents 3 was placed on the integrated portion 4. As a third step, both ends of the inner film 1 and the outer film 2 are placed on the contents 3 and the four films are combined and fused together with a vertical sealer to form a vertical fused portion 5, thereby forming a cylindrical film. To As a fourth step, the inner film 1 and the outer film 2
Air was supplied to the inside of the vertically fused bag through the nozzle from between. Next, the whole is moved to the right side as shown by the arrow in FIG. 4, and the horizontal fusion and cutting are performed at the position of the fifth step. Reference numeral 6 denotes a horizontal fusion bonding portion. By repeating this process, the inner bag is fused to the outer bag at the horizontal fusing portions at both ends and the two or more integrated portions, and the other portions are filled with air to reduce the impact on the contents in the inner bag. In FIG. 4, before the inner film 1 and the outer film 2 are overlaid, the heat-fusible layer of the outer film may be printed with necessary descriptions and patterns concerning the contents. These printings may be performed before laminating the heat-fusible layer on the outer film, or may be performed on the inner surface of the inner film 1, but the area inside the integrated portion 4 is preferable. Furthermore, since the inside of the integrated portion is the surface of the pillow bag, that is, the portion where the vertical fusion bonding portion 5 does not exist, it becomes a surface on the product display, giving a good impression to consumers. In some cases, two films inside the integrated portion 4 can be laminated.

The shape of the obtained packaging bag is shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view seen from the back surface with the vertical fusion bonding portion 5, and FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the center line of FIG. 1, in a case where the non-fusion portion 9 is not provided at the integrated portion. FIG. 3 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along the center line of FIG. 1 in a case where four integrated portions 4 are provided and a non-fused portion 9 is provided in these portions. Since only a thin air layer is present on the surface of the packaging bag, if a transparent film is used, the contents 3 which are Maitake mushrooms in FIG. 2 can be clearly recognized and distinguished from the outside. The inner film 1 is in a state of being pressed by an air cushion 7 supplied between the inner film and the outer film. Since the air 8 in the inner bag is also sealed separately from the air cushion 7, each of them exhibits a buffering effect and protects the contents 3 from external force.
Further, in the case of FIG. 3, the packaging bag is protected by the air cushion 7 not only on the front surface but also on the back surface.
