するように構成された端子盤において、前記インサート
金具を嵌入する前記本体の金具挿入穴を前記ねじの抜取
り方向に向かって直径が小さくなるテーパ形状に形成す
ると共に該金具挿入穴の内面に凹部を形成し、前記金具
挿入穴への前記インサート金具の嵌入を許容し抜くこと
は許容しない係止部が形成された仮押えばねを前記イン
サート金具の軸方向の中程に形成された小径部に取り付
けてから該インサート金具を前記金具挿入穴に嵌入する
ように構成し、前記仮押えばねの前記係止部が前記凹部
に入り込むまで前記インサート金具を押し込んで該イン
サート金具を前記金具挿入穴に確実に係止した後前記導
電線接続部の両側の前記仕切り部にわずかに食い込むよ
うに複数の突起部が形成されたワッシャを通して該ワッ
シャが該インサート金具に当接するまで前記ねじを前記
インサート金具に締め込むことにより該インサート金具
を前記金具挿入穴に更に締まり嵌め嵌合させて完全に固
定すると共に前記仕切り部に食い込ませて固定するよう
に構成し、その後は前記ねじを弛めても前記インサート
金具及び前記ワッシャは外れることがないように構成し
たことを特徴とする端子盤。
