【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 鳥が電線に止まるのを防止するため、電
線に取り付けられる鳥よけ装置において、弾性材料で形
成され、筒方向に第1の切割部を有する断面C字形の円
筒状胴部と、弾性材料で形成され、該円筒状胴部の両端
に設けられたつば部とから成り、前記第1の切割部を開
いて電線に嵌めて固着される固着基体と、弾性材料で形
成され、筒方向に第2の切割部を有する断面C字形の遊
嵌円筒状胴部と、該遊嵌円筒状胴部の外面に植立された
羽根部とから成り、前記第2の切割部を開いて前記固着
基体の外周に遊嵌される遊嵌回転体とを具えたことを特
徴とする鳥よけ装置。
1.
