プロテクタ付多連樹脂ホースであって、 近接する前記樹脂チューブが、長さ方向の両端部を除く
中間部で、前記プロテクタゴムの連結部により前記間隙
を埋めて長さ方向に連結されると共に、少なくとも該中
間部に該プロテクタゴムと引き揃えられた複数の樹脂チ
ューブとを一緒に曲げ成形した曲がり部を備えているこ
とを特徴とする結束プロテクタ付多連樹脂ホース。

切り裂いて該各樹脂チューブごとに分割する工程と、 該多連樹脂ホース体を加熱軟化させ、成形型にセットし
て所定の曲がり形状に曲げ成形する工程とを含むことを
特徴とする、結束プロテクタ付多連樹脂ホースの製造方
法。
