端には他方の帯状板材4−2の位置決め用のストッパー

状板材4−1、4−2の平坦壁部に穿設した貫孔4−1
e、4−2d部に締付けボルト4−3を組付けてなるも
のである。4本の配管P1、P2には前記と同様、内周
面に接着性を有する熱収縮性の樹脂製筒体P1−1、P
2−1が各配管の被クランプ部に被着して低温での加熱
により固着して敷設せしめている。すなわち、4本の配
管P1、P2の配管固定構造は、下側の帯状板材4−1
側の係止孔4−1cに上側の帯状板材4−2の係止突片
4−2cを係合させた状態で、4本の配管P1、P2を
上下2本ずつ相重ねて一対の帯状板材4−1、4−2の
抱持壁4−1a、4−2a内に収納し、各配管P1、P
2の樹脂製筒体P1−1、P2−1の外周部に前記クラ
ンプ体4の抱持壁4−1a、4−2a部を締付けボルト
4−3による相互の締着に伴い弾圧状に係合せしめて前
記突起4−1b、4−2bを相対応する樹脂製筒体P1
−1、P2−1の外周面に食込み状に係圧して構成する
ものである。

の末端部には相手側の帯状板材5−1の端部に穿設した
係止孔5−1bに嵌入し得る鉤形の係止突片5−2cを
設け、そして、相重ねた2枚の帯状板材5−1、5−2
の平坦壁部に穿設した貫孔5−1d、5−2d部に締付
けボルト5−3を組付けてなるものである。2本の配管
P1、P2には前記と同様、内周面に接着性を有する熱
収縮性の樹脂製筒体P1−1、P2−1が各配管の被ク
ランプ部に被着して低温での加熱により固着して敷設せ
しめている。すなわち、この図7に示す配管固定構造
は、帯状板材5−1側の係止孔5−1bに相手側の帯状
板材5−2の係止突片5−2cを係合させた状態で、2
本の配管P1、P2を縦に2段に重ねて帯状板材5−
1、5−2の抱持壁5−1aと5−2aとの間に押込
み、各配管P1、P2の樹脂製筒体P1−1、P2−1
の外周部に前記クランプ体5の抱持壁5−2a部を締付
けボルト5−3による相互の締着に伴い弾圧状に係合せ
しめて前記突起5−2bを樹脂製筒体P1−1、P2−
1の外周面に食込み状に係圧して構成するものである。

枚一対のクランプ体を締付けることにより、配管の被ク
ランプ部に固着された樹脂製筒体部もしくは外周面にほ
ぼ全長にわたり樹脂層が施された樹脂被覆管の樹脂層が
内周面側に複数の突起を有する抱持壁部によって被着し
て係合されることとなり、締着に伴う突起部での該筒片
への食込み状の係圧とによって大きな配管保持力が得ら
れるため肉厚の薄い板材でも配管の保持力を十分に確保
することができ、加振状態下にあっても固定部での相互
の位置ずれや回動を長期にわたって確実に防止すること
ができ、さらにかしめ作業およびかしめ工具の不要によ
り作業上の煩わしさをなくし、能率よく抱持固定作業を
行うことができる等、多くの優れた効果を奏する。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 配管の少なくともクランプ部の外周面に
樹脂層を有し、該樹脂層部をクランプ体により抱持固定
して構成される抱持固定構造であって、前記クランプ体
は相互に相対向する抱持壁を有し、かつ該抱持壁の少な
くとも一方の内周面側に複数の突起を有する2枚の帯状
板材からなり、その一方の帯状板材にはその端部に係止
孔を有し、他方の帯状板材にはその端部に前記係止孔に
嵌入する係止突片を有するクランプ体をもって、その相
重なる平坦壁部での締付け具による相互の締着に伴い前
記抱持壁の突起を配管の樹脂層の外周面に食い込み状に
係圧せしめて抱持壁部を弾圧状に係合して構成したこと
を特徴とするクランプ体による配管の抱持固定構造。
