著しく作業上の煩わしさを招いて作業性が阻害すると共
に、所望の高耐食性を有する鍍金被膜の形成を困難とす
る等の問題を有するものであった。

て、その長さ方向の適所にクランプ体(1)の把持壁
(4)部をもって被着した状態で、該被着部を比較的緩
い段状もしくは弯曲状からなる溝形状を有する一対の割
り型による一括押圧成型加工によって前記溝形状による
一体の曲げ部分(P′)に形成せしめ、前記把持壁
(4)を曲げ部分(P′)に跨って包持状に同時係合し
て固定せしめてなるものである。

れ)を起こすことなく、確実に係着固定する結果とな

着係合することによって、長期配設持の加振状態下にあ
っても、クランプ体に対する配管側の長さ方向の両方の
位置ずれ及び周方向の位置ずれを把持壁の内周面と配管
の外周壁との前記曲げ部分での偏心状の係合によって防
止し、したがって係合部において配管側に生ずる擦れ
傷、或いは亀裂、破損等を防止して確実に係着固定する
ことができ、更に鍍金等による被膜処理を施した配管及
びクランプ体の使用を可能となして係着固定後に鍍金処
理を施すことを不要として著しく作業性を向上できる
等、極めて有用なクランプ体による係着固定配管及びそ
の固定方法である。
