A second engaging portion movably engaged with the holding member and the locked member, and a part of the locking member forming the first meshing portion abuts on a part of the locked member. A portable electronic device comprising: a spring body that contacts the other portion of the locked member that forms the second meshing portion so as to contact the other portion of the holding member.
