散した状態でノズル11より被加工物13の表面に吹き
付けられる。このように粒状体3を圧縮空気7と共に被
加工物13の表面に吹き付けることにより該被加工物1
3の加工が行なわれる。被加工物13の加工後、粒状体
3は液状体3’に戻される。即ち、氷の粒状体3は水に
戻され、凝固した油の粒状体3は液状の油に戻される。
符号15に示すものは被加工物13の支持台である。粒
状体3は例えば直径0.3〜1mm程度のものを使用す
る。なお、被加工物により粒状体3には防錆剤を混入し
てもよい。

接板27との間で氷の粒状体3となし、該粒状体3を冷
却室21より供給路31を介して前記混合部9に供給す
るようにしてなるものである。符号33に示すものは冷
却室21の壁部であり、該壁部33内には該壁部33を
冷却するための冷却パイプ35が配設されている。符号
37に示すものは受皿部23内に配設された冷却パイプ
であり、受皿部23は該冷却パイプ37により冷却され
る。図2に示す事例においては、モータ25により伝動
手段39を介して回転される給水管41の下端に近接板
27を取り付けている。図2における符号43に示すも
のは支持台15の支承体であり、符号45に示すものは
排水口である。
