せず、スラリ−ポンプ17の圧力によって氷スラリ−2

るのではなく、過冷却水から直接氷粒を作ってしまう為
製氷に要するエネルギ−効率は飛躍的に高く、省エネ
ルギ−の観点からも極めてすぐれたものである。
