【発明の詳細な説明】 従来汚染物を洗浄するには槽内に極めて濃度の強い洗浄
剤を用い槽内を振動させて汚染物を洗浄している。しか
しこのような方法では洗剤の投与量が多量に必要とする
ので膨大な費用もかかるばかりでなく高濃度の廃液が流
れるので水質汚濁にによる生物系の破壊が大きな社会問
題となっている。このような悲しい現実をなんとか解決
しなければならないと本発明者は日夜研究を重ねここに
初めて極めて低濃度の洗剤で洗浄でき廃液濃度も極めて
低いと云う画期的な真空振動洗浄装置なるものを発明し
たのである。以下にわたって図面を参照しながら説明す
る。まず第一図のように洗浄装置の蓋(1)を開き槽内
に洗浄物を入れ、濃度の薄い洗剤と液体を注入する。次
に第二図のように蓋(1)を閉じ錠(2)で蓋(1)を
ロックして洗浄機からエアーが漏れない構造とする。次
に(4)の減圧モータをONにすれば(5)の管を介し
て洗浄機の内部を真空にして(6)の振動もモーターを
ONにして洗浄液に振動を与えて汚染物を洗浄する。本
図は槽内を真空にするのに減圧モーターを用ちいている
が槽内を真空にすば良いのであって手動方式でもよく、
振動方式も真空槽内の洗浄液が振動すれば汚染物は簡単
に分離洗浄されるのであるから、モーターだけでなく他
の振動方式でもその洗浄効果にはなんら変りがないこと
は云うまでもない。以上のような構造にできている本発
明の真空振動装置の出現により、今までのように多量の
洗剤使用による高出費ならびに高濃度洗剤廃液からの水
質汚濁による水中生物系の破壊による環境破壊から極め
て小量の洗剤で抜群の洗浄効果があり環境汚染も大巾に
解消でき、その上洗剤の購入経費も大巾に削減できると
云う人類においてはこの上もなく貢献することができる

【発明の詳細な説明】従来汚染物を洗浄するには槽内に
極めて濃度の強い洗浄剤を多量に投入して槽内を振動さ
せて汚染物を洗浄している。しかしこのような洗浄方法
では洗剤の投与量が多いため費用が高出費になるばかり
でなく、高濃度廃液を排出するので水質汚濁による水中
生態系の破壊が大きな社会問題となっている。このよう
な悲しい現実をなんとか解決しなければならないと本発
明者は日夜研究を重ね、ここに初めて低濃度で小量の洗
剤で洗浄でき、その上廃液も極めて低濃度である画期的
な減圧真空振動洗浄装置なるものを発明したのである。
以下にわたって図面を参照しながら操作方法を説明す
る。まず第一図のように蓋(1)を開き槽内に液体と低
濃度洗剤を小量入れる。次に第二図のように蓋(1)を
閉じ、錠(2)で蓋をロックして密閉しエアーの漏れな
い構造する。次に槽内の気圧を下げる為減圧モーター
(4)を始動させ管(5)を介して槽内の空気を抜き気
圧を下降させる。気圧は槽内を真空にしてもよいが気圧
を適明調整できるものが、その汚染物の用途に応じて調
整できるので都合がよい。次に下降した気圧の槽内の液
体に振動を与える為振動帯(6)をONにすれば低気圧
槽内の洗浄物は簡単に洗浄される。なお振動帯(6)の
スイッチはタイマー方式の方がより便利である。以上の
ような構造でできている本発明の減圧真空振動の出現に
より、今までのように多量の洗剤を必要とする為高出費
であるばかりでなく、高濃度廃液による水質汚濁による
水虫生態系の破壊によ環境破壊から、完全に解放するこ
とができる低濃度洗剤をごく小量しか必要としないので
洗剤購入費もわずかでよくその上水質汚濁等は従来のも
のから見れば、天と地の差があり益に環境にやさしいも
のであって、人類においては、この上もなく貢献するこ
