This also takes into account the orientation of the ribs and the like formed at the bottom. However, in any case, when the entire shell b is integrally formed in this way, the shell b is oriented in the three-dimensional direction despite the fact that the substantial inside volume of the cabidi is not so large, so that the cavity is properly formed. In order to be able to close in a state, the volume of the mold a must be enormous. For this reason, the entire molding machine including the mold a becomes extremely large and expensive, and there is a problem that the adverse effect on the manufacturing cost is extremely large.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 of the inner shell 1 are formed by different molds 41 and 42, respectively, as shown in FIG. Joint 5 provided at the boundary portion
Connected through. For this purpose, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, at the time of forming the backrest corresponding portion 12 in advance, the lower half portion is divided into a central portion and left and right side portions via slits 12 a extending in the vertical direction, and Bellows 14a
A tongue piece 14 having an engaging hole 14b is protruded through the tongue, and a tongue piece 15 having an engaging hole 15b is protrudingly provided on both left and right sides via thin resin hinges 15a. Also, at the time of molding the seat corresponding portion 11, the rear end side is divided into a center portion and left and right side portions via a slit 11a extending in the front-rear direction, and a one-touch clip is provided at a position corresponding to the tongue piece portion 14 in the center portion. A tongue piece 16 having a one-touch clip 17a is provided at a position corresponding to the tongue piece 15 on both left and right sides. The engagement hole 15b has a tapered surface whose diameter gradually decreases upward as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the one-touch clip 17a has a taper surface which is slightly larger than those taper surfaces. The same applies to the relationship between the engagement hole 14b and the one-touch clip 16a. Then, the tongue pieces 14 and 15 of the backrest corresponding part 12 are superimposed on the tongue pieces 16 and 17 of the seat corresponding part 11 after the molding, and the one-touch clips 16a and 17a are engaged with the engagement holes 14b and 15.
b is press-fitted from above and is separated and integrated to form a joint 5. The seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion are bent at a predetermined angle while absorbing displacement at the resin hinge 15a and the bellows portion 14a, so that the shape of the inner shell 1 is adjusted.

With such a structure, as shown in FIG. 4, both the mold 41 for molding the seat-corresponding portion 11 and the mold 42 for molding the back-corresponding portion 12 are of the conventional type shown in FIG. What is much thinner than the mold a is sufficient. That is, conventionally, the portion corresponding to the seat and the portion corresponding to the backrest of the shell b were integrally formed by a single mold, so that it was necessary to form a large cavity in the three-dimensional direction.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 are separately formed, and the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 are originally relatively flat, Since the cavity only needs to be spread in two-dimensional directions, it is not necessary to use molds 41 and 42 that are so thick to close the cavity. Therefore, when the shell structure of this embodiment is adopted, the entire molding machine including the dies 41 and 42 can be significantly reduced in size as compared with the conventional one, and the production cost can be greatly reduced. Becomes possible.

Incidentally, even if the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 are connected via the joint portion 5, the load applied to the seat is ultimately applied by the seat receiving portion 31 of the leg 3 and to the backrest. The applied load is supported by the back support rods 32, respectively. If the inner shell 1 itself has the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 having rigidity as a pressure receiving surface and rigidity for stopping non-separable integration. Is enough. Therefore, even if it is configured as in the present embodiment, the strength and function of the chair are not impaired.

Further, as another effect of this embodiment,
Since the resin hinge 15a and the bellows portion 14a of the present invention are formed on the inner shell 1, the seat receiving portion 31 of the leg 3 moves forward with the backward tilting operation of the back support rod 32. Also in the movable chair of the type, the relative displacement between the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 due to the movement can be appropriately absorbed by the resin hinge 15a and the bellows portion 14a.

The specific configuration and cross-sectional shape of each part are not limited to those shown in the drawings, but can be variously modified without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the shell having the above-described structure can be applied to an outer shell. Alternatively, the shell may be used for a chair in which a leg receiving portion and a back support bar are fixed. Further, as another joining portion, those shown in FIGS. In the joint portion 105 shown in these figures, a slit 151 serving as an engagement hole is opened along the surface direction on the seat corresponding portion 11 side, while a claw 152 having a wedge-shaped tip is formed on the backrest corresponding portion 12 side. Then, insert the claw 152 into the slit 151,
At the insertion position, the engaging end surface 152a of the claw 152 is engaged with the front end surface 151a of the slit 151. Further, as another joint, there is the one shown in FIGS. 7 and 8. Joint 205 shown in these figures
The window 251 is provided on the seat corresponding portion 11 side and penetrates in the thickness direction. Engagement piece 252 having enlarged portion at tip
A window 254 provided on the side corresponding to the backrest 12 and penetrating in the thickness direction, a pressing plate 256 for partially closing the window 254 on the lower surface side, and a projecting portion protruding from the tip of the window 254 toward the upper surface side. Engaging piece 2 having an enlarged portion at the tip
55. Then, the engaging piece 255 is inserted into the window 251 from the upper surface side, and the engaging piece 252 is inserted into the window 254 from the lower surface side.
When the corresponding portions 12 of the backrest and the backrest are pulled away from each other, the widened ends of the engagement pieces 255 and 252 fall into the windows 251 and 254, respectively, and the holding plates 253 and 256
Engages in a state where it is prevented from being pulled out. At this time, the end surfaces 257 and 258 come into contact with each other, and the seat corresponding portion 11 and the backrest corresponding portion 12 are flush with each other, so that the locked state is ensured.
