胴体、底板およびフランジがプレス成型で精度が高いこ
とにより、正確に溶接できて高品質に組立て完成させる
ことが可能である。容器本体の底板とフランジとをプレ
ス絞り成型で一体形成してプレス絞り成型後にそれぞれ
に分割することにより、生産性の向上が図れ、しかも、
大幅なコストダウンが可能である。また、容器本体の胴
体となる側板に補強凸部を曲面に湾曲して形成すること
により、溶接の際に発生する熱によるひずみや容器内部
に発生する圧力によるひずみを防止でき、かつ、荷扱い
や輸送の際に発生する応力にも耐えて耐久性の向上が可
能である。また、蓋体および容器本体の底板に有する脚
材とに係合凸部および係合凹部を形成することにより、
中型容器を安定して積重ねることができて安全性の向上
が可能である。
