転写体から二次転写部材を接離させると共に、クリーニ
ングバイアス電圧印加手段から中間転写体上の前記トナ
ー濃度検知用パターンにバイアス電圧を供給することに
より、中間転写体上のトナー濃度検知用パターンを中間
転写体クリーニング手段により除去することを特徴とす
る画像形成装置。

を特徴とする画像形成装置。
