【請求項１】 正極活物質にマンガン酸リチウムまたは前記マンガン酸リチウムのマンガンの一部が他の元素で置換された複合酸化物、電解液の電解質にＬｉＸＮｎ（Ｘ＝Ｂ，Ｐ，Ａｓ，Ｓｂであり、Ｘ＝Ｂの時ｎ＝４、Ｘ＝Ｐ，Ａｓ，Ｓｂの時ｎ＝６）で示されるルイス酸塩、を用いてなる非水電解質二次電池であって、電解液中にＲＣ（ＯＲ’）３（Ｒ＝Ｈまたはアルキル、Ｒ’＝アルキル）で示されるオルトエステルを含有することを特徴とする非水電解質二次電池。
