Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accurately mount a connecting cylinder for constituting a connecting structure for connecting the cylinder provided in a structure of a segment or the like by engaging the cylinder by a connecting bar at a form for molding the structure. SOLUTION: A mounting bolt 49 projectably from and retractably in the inner surface side of side plate 43 of a form 41 for molding the connecting end face of a segment by a holding mechanism 45 by an inserting hole 44 formed at the plate 43 is provided. The outer diameter of the bolt 49 is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the engaging hole 31 of the connecting cylinder 12. A threaded part 51 capable of being engaged with a supporting hole 38 made of female threads formed at the bottom 37 of the hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is formed at the end of the bolt 49. The hole 31 of the cylinder 12 is engaged with the end side of the bolt 49, the part 51 of the bolt 49 is engaged with the hole 38, and hence the cylinder 12 is drawn up to the inner surface of the plate 43 and mounted in a contacted state.

By the way, when molding the segment 1 using the above-mentioned joining structure, the joining cylinder 2 is positioned with high precision on the mold plate for molding the joining end face 1a of the segment 1 of the mold. It is necessary to attach the connecting rod to the hole formed in the form plate from the outside, and in this case, the joining cylinder was fitted and held in this rod. The axis of the joint cylinder is tilted due to rattling of the fixing rod and the joint cylinder, and the segment 1
There was a risk that inconvenience would occur when joining the two.

In order to achieve the above object, a structure for attaching a connector to a mold according to the first aspect of the present invention is a method for attaching a joining cylinder to a joining end surface of a joining body of structures joined to each other. By inserting both ends of the connecting rod, in which the bridge member is fitted and attached to the holes formed at both ends, into the engagement holes, and bringing the connecting end surfaces of the respective structures close to each other, The joining rod is pushed out by a bridge member and pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the engagement hole of the joining cylinder,
Attachment structure for attaching a joining tool composed of the joining cylinder, which constitutes a joining structure in which both ends of the joining rod are engaged with the joining cylinder and the structures are joined to each other, to a mold for molding the structure. A side plate for molding the joint end surface of the structure of the mold is provided with a holding mechanism for holding the joining cylinder in contact with the inner surface thereof, and the holding mechanism is formed on the side plate. A mounting bolt provided so as to be able to protrude and retract into the inserted through hole, the mounting bolt having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the engagement hole of the joining cylinder, and a tip end thereof. A threaded portion formed at the bottom of the engagement hole of the joining cylinder and capable of being screwed into a supporting hole formed of a screw, and screwing the threaded portion into the supporting hole of the joining cylinder to form the joint. The cylinder has its engaging hole fitted near the tip of the mounting bolt. Is characterized in that it is attached are attracted to the inner surface of the side plate at state to contact state.

In this manner, the engaging hole of the joining cylinder is fitted to the tip end of the mounting bolt provided on the side plate of the mold for molding the joining end face of the structure, and the tip of the attaching bolt is further fitted. By screwing the screw portion into the support hole of the joining cylinder, the joining cylinder can be attached very easily to the inner surface of the side plate while being brought into contact with it. Further, since the fitting hole of the joining cylinder is attached to the bolt formed to have an outer diameter slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the engaging hole of the joining cylinder, the joining cylinder is attached to the axis of the mounting bolt. Positioning can be performed in a state where they are aligned with each other, so that the joining cylinder can be attached to the side plate of the mold with extremely high precision. Thereby, the joining cylinder can be attached to the joining end face of the structure with extremely high accuracy, and a structure capable of performing good joining can be manufactured.

As described above, when the joining rod 11 is supported by the joining cylinder 12 of one segment 13, the other segment 13 is brought close to each other while the axes of the joining cylinders 12 are aligned with each other, and the joining of the other segment 13 is performed. The joining rod 11 held by the joining cylinder 12 of one segment 13 is inserted into the cylinder 12. At this time, since the joining rod 11 supported by the joining cylinder 12 of one segment 13 is supported in a state of being coincident with the axis of the joining cylinder 12, this supported joining rod 11 is attached to the other segment. 13 is securely inserted into the joining cylinder 12.

When the joining rod 11 is engaged with the joining cylinder 12 of each segment 13 as described above, the segments 13 are securely joined to each other by this engaging force. Further, when the segments 13 are joined to each other in this manner, the solid portions 15 of the joining rods 11 are arranged at contact portions of the joining end surfaces 13a of the segments 13 with each other. Thus, the solid portion 15 of the connecting rod 11 reliably secures the shear resistance at the connecting portion of each segment 13.

As described above, according to the structure for attaching the connector to the formwork of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained. According to the mounting structure of the joining tool to the mold according to the first aspect, the engaging hole of the joining cylinder is fitted to the distal end side of the attaching bolt provided on the side plate of the mold for molding the joining end face of the structure. Then, by screwing the threaded portion at the tip of the mounting bolt into the support hole of the joining cylinder, the joining cylinder can be attached to the inner surface of the side plate very easily and brought into contact with it.

1. Both ends of a connecting rod, in which a bridge member is fitted into and fitted to holes formed on both ends of a connecting cylinder provided on the connecting end surfaces of structures to be connected to each other, respectively. By inserting the respective parts to bring the joining end surfaces of the respective structures closer to each other, the joining rod is pushed out by the piece member and pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the engaging hole of the joining cylinder, An attachment structure for attaching a joining tool composed of the joining cylinder constituting a joining structure in which both ends of a joining rod are engaged with the joining cylinder to join the structures together, to a mold for molding the structure. The side plate for molding the joint end face of the structure of the mold,
A holding mechanism is provided on the inner surface thereof for holding the joining cylinder in contact with the connecting cylinder. The holding mechanism has a mounting bolt provided so as to be able to protrude and retract from an insertion hole formed in the side plate. The bolt for use has an outer diameter slightly smaller than the engagement hole of the joining cylinder, and has a support hole formed at the tip thereof at the bottom of the engagement hole of the joining cylinder and formed of a screw. The screw portion is screwed into the support hole of the joining tube, so that the joining tube has its engaging hole fitted near the tip of the mounting bolt. A structure for attaching a connector to a formwork, wherein the attachment is attached in a state where the connector is brought into contact with the inner surface of the side plate in the state.
