【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 外輪の内周面に一定間隔をおいてポケッ
トを設け、そのポケットにローラを挿入し、上記ポケッ
トの底面に回転の一方向に間隙が狭くなる傾斜面を形成
し、上記ローラをその傾斜の方向に付勢するばねを各ポ
ケットに収納し、上記外輪のポケットの両端面を蓋部材
で閉塞し、上記ポケットの外輪内周面側の開口幅を上記
ローラの直径より小さく形成し、上記ばねを各ポケット
に対応して設けられた一定間隔の金属製のばね片と、各
ばね片の一端を一体に結合した金属製の環部とにより形
成してなる一方向クラッチにおいて、上記ばねの環部の
外周部に各ばね片の基部を形成し、各基部の一端から上
記ばね片を折り曲げて立上げ、該ばね片の立上げ折り曲
げ線を、上記ローラの数に等分された等角度間隔の半径
線を基準位置として、当該ばね片の基部側に所定量オフ
セットした位置に設定したことを特徴とする一方向クラ
ッチ。
