Therefore, the connection of the twisted PC steel wire using the conventional compression grip has been required because a fastening sleeve has been added, and the use of the fastening sleeve has been troublesome in use. Further, the conventional pre-compression grip is of a compression mechanism type, and has a grip diameter of 1.3 as compared with the tension mechanism type as in this product.
Because it is twice as large, the present invention eliminates the need for fastening sleeves,
An object is to reduce the diameter and weight even when using a compression grip.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present invention provides a PC steel stranded wire connector having a threaded gripping portion at the center of the outer periphery of the member, a male thread portion on one side in the left-right direction, and a female thread on the other side. A connection joint having a threaded portion, a threaded gripping portion at the rear end of the outer periphery of the cylindrical body, a female threaded portion screwed into the male threaded portion is provided at the inner peripheral end, and a tapered rear end is provided. A chuck body having a shape-shaped fitting portion formed therein, and fitted into the fitting portion,
It has a wedge-type gripping portion composed of a divided wedge that grips a PC steel stranded wire on its inner wall, and a gripping portion for screwing at the rear end of the outer periphery of the cylindrical body. The above-mentioned problem has been solved by composing a compression grip which is crimped to the end of a PC steel stranded wire provided with an externally threaded portion. Instead of the compression grip, a connector having a chuck body may be used with a connection joint provided with external threads on the left and right.

The chuck body 11 is provided with a quadrangular or hexagonal gripping portion 14 so as to be easily screwed to the whole or rear end of the cylindrical body with a spanner or the like. When screwing with a torque wrench, it is desirable to use one that can confirm the introduced torque value. The circular portion may be knurled and screwed with a pipe wrench. A female screw portion 15 that is screwed with the male screw portion 32 of the connection joint 3 is provided at the inner peripheral end in the center direction, and can be screwed to the left and right of the connection joint 3. At the rear end of the inner periphery, a fitting portion 12 is formed which expands in a tapered shape from an opening in the rear end surface. The inner diameter of the opening is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the stranded PC steel wire 4.

The wedge 13 is divided into two or three parts, and is preferably divided into three parts rather than two parts in order for the inner peripheral surface to be in close contact with the PC steel stranded wire 4. The tapered wedge 13 divided into three or two is fitted into the fitting portion 12 of the chuck body 11. A circular hole smaller than the PC steel stranded wire 4 penetrates through the center of the wedge 13, and the PC steel stranded wire 4 is fastened to the inner wall divided into three or two together with the fitting. Further, it is preferable to form a serrated groove on the inner wall so as to have resistance in the drawing direction with respect to the PC steel stranded wire 4. Further, if a rectangular circumferential groove is formed in the outer periphery of the wedge and a wire is wound around the circumferential groove to integrate the wedge, the work at the time of mounting is facilitated.

The stranded PC steel wire 4 is inserted through the opening, and the end of the wedge 13 is pushed in until the end surface of the wedge 13 contacts the end surface of the connection joint 3. The divided wedges are integrally moved by the wire and released from the fitting state into the fitting section 12, and the inner wall can be opened by the crack.
The PC steel stranded wire 4 can be inserted through the inner wall, and the tip thereof passes through the inner wall and abuts on the bottom wall. The twisted PC steel wire is corrected to a straight posture by the bottom wall.

Next, a description will be given of another embodiment of the connecting device for a stranded PC steel according to the present invention with reference to FIG. 2. In the drawing, reference symbol S denotes a sheath having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer periphery of the connecting joint 3. It has a bottomed cylindrical shape having a main body 50,
A PC steel stranded wire insertion hole 51 and a filler inlet 52 are provided at the bottom, and a filler outlet 53 is provided at the top of the tubular portion. A flange 55 for attaching the sheath to an attachment member embedded in the concrete structure is provided on the periphery of the opening of the sheath S.

The sheath S may be made of metal or plastic as long as it can withstand the pressure of the filler F to be press-fitted. It is preferable to use a transparent plastic material that is easy to confirm. As the filler, an elastic material such as raw rubber or artificial rubber (for example, butadiene rubber, SBR, or silicone rubber) is used. Preferably, a superelastic filler or a delayed-curing material (cured in about six months to one year) ) An epoxy resin is used. The filler acts as a rust preventive,
In addition, the elastic force absorbs an external impact force to prevent damage to the continuation tool. Conventionally, cement milk was used as a filler, but when hardened, wedges and compression grips were prevented from freely moving following the tensile force of PC steel strands, preventing prestress from being properly introduced into concrete . In addition, in the wedge-type connection, the teeth of the wedge cannot be stranded. Furthermore, after tension, the existing sheath is covered with concrete and the filling state cannot be visually recognized, and even if there is a problem, there is a problem that correction cannot be performed unless concrete is attached. The elastic filler according to the present invention can solve such a problem.

Next, a method of mounting the sheath having the above configuration will be described. First, the PC steel stranded wire 4 before attaching the compression grip 21 is inserted from the PC steel stranded wire insertion hole 51 provided at the bottom of the sheath, and the compression grip 21 is crimped to the end of the PC steel stranded wire protruding into the sheath. A pair of stranded PC steel wires 4, 4 'were connected in the procedure described in the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, and after the connection, the flange portion 55 of the sheath S was embedded in the concrete structure C. It is screwed to the mounting member, and an adhesive tape 54 is wound around the gap between the PC steel stranded wire insertion hole 51 and the PC steel stranded wire 4 ′ provided at the bottom of the sheath.

When the above preparation is completed, the filler F is fed into the sheath through the inlet 52 by an appropriate filler press-fitting device. The filling material F fills the inside of the sheath S and flows out from the outlet 53. However, in a confirmation test performed by filling with polybutadiene or a delay epoxy, almost the inside of the sheath is almost completely filled when the outflow is visually recognized. understood. In the case of polybutadiene, some small closed cells were sometimes present. Then, after visually confirming that the filler material flows out of the outlet, the press-fitting of the filler material is stopped, and the operation is terminated.

According to the present invention, a fastening sleeve is not required despite having the same strength as the conventional one, so that the number of parts can be reduced, and in the case of a compression grip,
The grip diameter is reduced by 1.3 times so that the weight can be reduced, and furthermore, it is possible to save the trouble of mounting the fastening sleeve in use. Furthermore, since the outer periphery of the connection part of the PC steel stranded wire is covered with a transparent sheath and the filler is filled therein, it is possible to fill the filler in a state where voids in the filler are almost completely eliminated,
The connection portion of the PC steel stranded wire can be protected for a long time. The elastic raw rubber or artificial rubber used as filler acts as a rust preventive material, with or without curing of the filler, to the stranded wire of the wedge by the tensioning work of the stranded PC steel performed after the concrete is hardened. Biting occurs normally and acts as a connector. In addition, in the case of a delay-curable epoxy resin, it is in an uncured state, and the fastening mechanism of the connecting device is not adversely affected at all.
