Conventionally, an article is placed horizontally on a turntable by forcibly rotating it by a gear device or a roller device, or by gripping or contacting parts other than the bottom surface of the article with parts or the like. The transfer was performed while rotating.
In such conventional means, the apparatus becomes complicated as compared with the article to be handled, and not only the manufacturing cost is increased, but also ancillary equipment such as positioning at the time of transferring the article to the conveyor is required, so it is unexpectedly expensive. It was easy. There are also problems in the finished state of the surface treatment, drying, heat shrink wrapping with a film, and the like of the article, and a method that enables simultaneous horizontal rotation and transfer of the article by a simple method is desired.

In the heat shrink chamber 111, since the hot air is constantly blown from both sides of the hot air duct 112 and the lower inner wall surface 115, the work 116 is heated by the hot air while rotating horizontally and passes therethrough. During that time, the packaging film shrinks by heating and comes into close contact with the surface of the work 116. Since this heat shrinkage is performed by rotating the work 116 horizontally, any side surface of the work 116 continuously faces the inner wall surface 115 from which the hot air blows out during the transfer, and as a result, the packaging film at that portion is similarly heated, The time during which hot air is blown is longer than before. For this reason, it is possible to shorten the length of the heat shrinkage chamber 111 by setting the work transfer process to be short, and to achieve energy saving by reducing the size of the heat shrink wrapping device and improving the heating efficiency.
