2. Description of the Related Art A polypropylene film mainly composed of polypropylene, a polypropylene copolymer or a mixture thereof is widely used as a packaging film because of its excellent mechanical strength and transparency.
On the other hand, it is known that a coating film provided on a polypropylene film surface in order to have functions such as gas barrier properties, heat sealing properties, and printability has poor adhesion. This is due to insufficient adhesion of the polypropylene film. To remedy this drawback, it has been proposed to provide various anchor layers between the coating and the polypropylene film. Japanese Patent Publication No. 45-32360 discloses the use of polyethyleneimine and a glycidyl-based epoxy resin for the anchor layer to improve the adhesion of the vinylidene chloride layer provided for the purpose of providing gas barrier properties. U.S. Pat. No. 3,023,126 discloses the use of an anchor layer containing isocyanate as a component. However, in these methods, not only the adhesion to the polyolefin film is not sufficient, but also it was not possible to print with UV ink or the like using only the anchor layer.

In the present invention, between the longitudinal stretching and the transverse stretching, an ethylene copolymer coating is applied on at least one surface and a dried layer is formed to modify the surface of the polyolefin film. If the coating is performed before the longitudinal stretching, the coated surface touches the roll when the longitudinal stretching is performed by utilizing the difference in the peripheral speed of the roll, so that the surface is not uniformly modified and the adhesion of the anchor layer is reduced.
When the coating is performed after the transverse stretching, the adhesion between the polyolefin composition and the ethylene copolymer decreases. Examples of the polyolefin composition used in the present invention include polyethylene (regardless of density), polypropylene, polybutene, and the like. More preferably, it is polypropylene.

In the present invention, the coating amount of the ethylene copolymer after the transverse stretching is preferably 0.01 to 1 g / m 2 .
If the coating amount is less than 0.01 g / m 2 , uniform surface modification cannot be performed, and if it is more than 1 g / m 2 , high transparency cannot be obtained. The pigment contained in the polyolefin film having at least one surface modified according to the present invention is 2,000 ppm in the polyolefin composition in order to enhance transparency.
(0.2% by weight) It is preferable that the content of the modified layer is 0.1 to 10% by weight in the ethylene copolymer.
More preferably, 300 pp in the polyolefin composition
m or less, in the modified layer ethylene copolymer 0.5 ~
Preferably, it is 5% by weight. When the pigment in the polyolefin composition is more than 2000 ppm, or when the pigment in the ethylene copolymer exceeds 10% by weight,
The transparency of the film is poor. When the content of the pigment in the ethylene co-aggregate is 0.1% by weight or less, the film has poor blocking suitability. The pigment of the present invention is not particularly limited, and known inorganic pigments and organic pigments can be used. For example, examples of the inorganic pigment include kaolin, silica, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, talc, zeolite, mica powder, and titanium oxide. Examples of the organic pigment include an acrylic pigment, a styrene pigment, a polyolefin pigment, and a copolymer thereof, and the pigment may be crosslinked to have solvent insolubility.

EXAMPLES The present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples. In each example, “%” means “% by weight”.
Is shown. Example 1 Pigment (zeolite) measured in tetralin at 135 ° C
Is supplied to an extruder having a caliber of 50 mmφ, which contains 300 ppm of [η] 2.4 and a boiling n-pentane extraction residue having an isotactic index of 97%.
Extruded from T die at 0 ° C, cooled at 40 ° C, thickness 160
An unstretched sheet having a thickness of 0 μm and a width of 270 mm is prepared. This film is stretched 5 times in the machine direction, and one surface of the machine film is corona-treated by a spark gap method (Corona treatment machine manufactured by Tomoe Kogyo Co., Ltd., processing power = 1.2 KW), and the wet tension of this surface is 40 dyne / cm. Was obtained. A modified layer 1 (concentration: 15%) mainly containing an aqueous dispersion of an ethylene copolymer of the obtained film was applied by a gravure method, dried, and then stretched 8 times in the transverse direction.
After the transverse stretching, a corona treatment was applied to the highly transparent easy-adhesion layer side (printed surface) to adjust the wetting tension to 46 dyne / cm. The final film thickness was 40 μm. Further, the coating amount of the modified layer after the transverse stretching was 0.1 g / m 2 . On the prepared surface-modified polypropylene film, the component of the anchor layer is represented by the coating material represented by the anchor layer 1 (concentration: 6%, solvent:
(Water / IPA) was applied at a coating amount of 0.3 g / m 2 and dried to obtain a highly transparent and easily adhesive film.

It was left in an environment of 70% RH for 24 hours to check for blocking. A cellophane tape (manufactured by Oji Chemical Co., Ltd.) was adhered to the obtained highly transparent easy-adhesive film, and the film was peeled off to examine the adhesion. On the resulting highly transparent easy-adhesive film,
V flexo ink (white A [manufactured by T & K TOKA]) was printed so as to have a thickness of 10 μm, and the ink adhesion was evaluated by attaching a cellotape (manufactured by Oji Chemical Industries) and peeling.

A gravure ink (GNC ST39 indigo [manufactured by Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc.]) diluted with a gravure ink (GN-502 [manufactured by Dainippon Ink and Chemicals, Inc.]) is applied onto the obtained highly transparent and easy-adhesive film. Print with 200 lines of mesh,
The adhesiveness of the ink was examined by sticking a cellotape (manufactured by Oji Chemical Co., Ltd.) and peeling it off. Melt heat transfer printing is performed on the obtained highly transparent easy-adhesive film with KMP-8104 (manufactured by KS Systems Co., Ltd.), and the adhesiveness of the printed portion is adhered to a self-adhesive tape (manufactured by Oji Chemical Co., Ltd.). Examined. An ink jet recording layer, a heat-sensitive recording layer, a melting heat transfer recording layer, and a sublimation heat transfer recording layer having the following compositions were respectively provided on the obtained highly transparent and easy-adhesive film, and each recording paper was used.
