紫外線等により、ビルドアップ、黄変が発生する為、コ
ーティング膜を根こそぎ、剥離することを1〜2年のス
パンで行わなければならなかった。 (ニ)上記(イ)、(ロ)、(ハ)の洗浄、剥離剤の使
用による環境負荷が大きかった。 本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するために発明されたも
のである。

20部の割合で混合し、さらに硬化速度を早める為に、
硬化剤を20部混合し、さらに静電防止、レベリング性
向上の為、界面活性剤1部を添加混合する。以上の混合
物60部と酸化チタン微粉末溶液を40部混合したもの
である。これは光触媒機能による活性酸素により、防汚
効果、滅菌効果、消臭効果を得る為に塗布するものであ
