Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element which is lightened by filtering a polluted liquid filling the inside and discharging the liquid to the outside and capable of reducing the load of an operator. SOLUTION: This filter element is formed by interposing a filter member 3 between a top plate 1 and a bottom plate 2. In this case, an auxiliary filter member 8 is disposed on the bottom plate 2, a stop valve member 9 is furnished in the auxiliary filter member 8, and the upper opening of the member 8 is closed by raising the stop valve member 9. Meanwhile, a liquid discharge port 5 is closed by lowering the stop valve member. Further, since a spring member 10 for pressing the stop valve member 9 upward is disposed on the rim of the discharge port 5, the liquid is hardly left in the element when the element is replaced, hence the element is lightened, and the load of an operator to replace the element is reduced.

Then, the floating on-off valve member 9 is moved downward by the pressure input of the contaminated liquid, and the lower surface thereof is placed on the annular valve seat 6.
In a state where the spring member 10 is in contact with and received by the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 6, the distal end portion thereof is pressed downward by the lower surface of the annular valve seat 6 and elastically deformed downward. When the pressurization of the contaminated liquid into the hollow chamber 4 is released, the spring member 10 pushes upward the central portion of the lower surface of the floating on-off valve member 9 by its restoring force, thereby causing the floating on-off valve member 9 to move upward. Is smoothly and reliably detached from the annular valve member 6 so that the drain port 5 is reliably opened.

Then, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the hollow chamber 4 is filled with the contaminated liquid, and the pressure of the contaminated liquid causes the floating on-off valve member 9 to move down inside the inner protective member 71. Then, the lower surface of the floating on-off valve member 9 comes into contact with the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 6 against the elastic force of the spring member 10 and is received, and the drain port 5 is closed.

At this time, when the floating on-off valve member 9 moves down inside the inner protection member 71, the inside protection member 71 is also filled with the contaminated liquid, and the contaminated liquid is filled with the contaminated liquid.
The sub-filter member 8 is discharged from the hollow chamber 4 through the small-diameter liquid passage hole 71a of the sub-filter member 8 and the small-diameter liquid passage hole 72a of the outer protective member 72. The sub-filter member 8 has better water permeability than the filter member 3. That is, since the eyes are coarse, under the high pressure of the contaminated liquid as described above, the sub-filter member 8 can hardly capture the impurities contained in the contaminated liquid, and The liquid passes through the sub-filter member 8 together with the liquid, and the impurities in the contaminated liquid only slightly adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the sub-filter member 8.

First, when the supply of the contaminated liquid into the hollow chamber 4 of the filter element A is stopped, the pressure of the contaminated liquid that has been acting on the upper surface of the floating on-off valve member 9 is released. The floating on-off valve member 9 is pushed upward by the restoring force of the spring member 10 elastically contacting the lower surface center of the floating on-off valve member 9, and smoothly and reliably from the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 6. You will be withdrawn. in this way,
Since the floating on / off valve member 9 is forcibly detached from the annular valve seat 6 by the restoring force of the spring member 10, the floating on / off valve member 9 is in close contact with the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 10. Unexpected situations such as maintaining the closed state of the drainage port 5 by maintaining the above condition do not occur. In addition, the disk-shaped floating on-off valve member 9 is pushed upward by the spring member 10 at the center of the lower surface thereof, so that the disk-shaped floating on-off valve member 9 is reliably separated upward from the annular valve seat 6.

Then, the floating on-off valve member 9 detached from the annular valve seat 6 is connected to the floating on-off valve member 9 through the drain port 5.
Floating due to the hydraulic pressure acting on, displaces the inside of the inner protective member 71 upward, further upward movement is regulated by a levitation regulating member 73 erected at the upper end opening of the inner protective member 71, The inner protective member 71 (sub-filter member 8)
Is closed by the floating opening / closing valve member 9. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 4, a large number of small-diameter liquid holes 71a provided in the inner protective member 71 communicate with the drain port 5 through the inner protective member 71.

Next, the filter element A is gradually lifted upward from the cleaning liquid tank C while maintaining this state, and the hollow chamber 4 of the filter element A is filled during the lifting. The contaminated liquid flows from the gap 4a between the inner surface of the filter member 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the outer protective member 72 into the sub-filter member 8 through the liquid passage hole 72a of the outer protective member 72, and the sub-filter member 8 After being filtered, the liquid enters the inner protective member 71 through the liquid passage hole 71a of the inner protective member 71, and is discharged into the cleaning liquid from the drain port 5.

At this time, since the sub-filter member 8 is formed of a coarse filter medium having excellent water permeability as described above, unlike the filter member 3, the sub-filter member 8 removes the contaminated liquid without applying pressure. Natural filtration can be performed smoothly and reliably.

As described above, during the filtration of the contaminated liquid by the filter member 3, the contaminated liquid comes into contact with and passes through the inner peripheral surface of the sub-filter member 8, and the sub-filter member 8
The impurities in the contaminated liquid slightly adhere to the inner peripheral surface of
The amount of the adhering is very small. Further, since the filtration of the sub-filter member 8 is performed by natural filtration instead of the forced filtration by pressure, the sub-filter member 8 among the impurities adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the sub-filter member 8 is removed. The amount of detachment from the member 8 is very small, and does not affect the cleaning liquid tank C even if it is discharged to the cleaning liquid tank C.

Accordingly, when the filter element A is completely lifted from the cleaning liquid tank C, the contaminated liquid in the filter element A is filtered by the sub-filter member 8 and then almost completely outside the filter element A. The filter element A has been discharged, and the total weight of the filter element A has been considerably reduced. Therefore, the burden on the operator replacing the filter element A can be reduced, and the filter element A can be turned upside down as in the prior art. There is no need to separately perform the operation of discharging the contaminated liquid from the pressure inlet 12, and in this regard, the burden on the operator who replaces the filter element A can be reduced.

As shown in FIG. 8, the upper end of the coil spring 101 normally projects upward from the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 6, as shown in FIG. When the contaminant 9 is moved downward by the pressure input of the contaminated liquid, the coil spring 101 moves the floating on-off valve member 9.
As a result, the floating opening / closing valve member 9 is pressed downward and contracts in the vertical direction so that the upper end portion is resiliently pressed against the lower surface of the floating opening / closing valve member 9. When the press-fitting of the contaminated liquid is stopped, the coil spring 101 is actuated by the restoring force of the floating on-off valve member 9 so that the contact can be smoothly and securely contacted and received in a watertight manner. The lower surface is pushed upward so that the floating on-off valve member 9 is smoothly and reliably detached from the annular valve seat 10.

Although the disc-shaped floating on-off valve member 9 has been described, the present invention is not limited to this shape. For example, as shown in FIGS. Spherical floating on-off valve member 9 that matches the inside diameter of 71
In such a case, the outer peripheral surface of the floating on-off valve member 9 and the inner peripheral surface of the inner protective member 71 can be slidably contacted in a water-tight manner, and the floating on-off valve member 9
It is necessary that the lower peripheral surface and the upper end surface of the annular valve seat 6 be configured to be in contact with and received in a watertight manner.

According to the filter element of the present invention, a filter member is interposed between the top plate and the bottom plate, and a hollow chamber is formed in the center of the filter member. Is press-fitted, the contaminated liquid is filtered by a filter member, and then discharged to the outside. In the filter element, a cylindrical sub-filter member is disposed on the bottom plate, and An on-off valve member that moves up and down along the sub-filter member is disposed, and the upward movement of the on-off valve member closes the upper end opening of the sub-filter member that communicates with the hollow chamber, while the downward movement causes A drain port provided at the bottom is closed, and a spring member for pressing the open / close valve member upward when the open / close valve member closes the drain port is arranged on the rim of the drain port. Since the filter element is disposed in the cleaning liquid tank and during filtration of the contaminated liquid, the on-off valve member closes the drain port and the contaminated liquid is filtered under high pressure. While the filter element can be filtered and discharged to the outside, the filter element is pulled up from the cleaning liquid tank, and when replacing this filter element, the sub-filter is opened by the open / close valve member during pulling up from the cleaning liquid tank. Close the upper end opening of the member and open the drain port,
After the contaminated liquid is filtered by the sub-filter member, the contaminated liquid can be discharged into the cleaning liquid through the drain port. Therefore, almost no residual liquid is generated in the filter element, so that the weight of the filter element is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the burden on the operator who replaces the filter element, and as in the related art,
There is no need to separately perform an operation of inverting the contaminated liquid remaining in the filter element, thereby simplifying the exchange operation and improving the efficiency.

Further, the on-off valve member is displaced downward by the pressure input of the contaminated liquid, and is elastically urged upward by the spring member in a state where the drain port is closed. Even after the pressure input is released, there is no unexpected situation in which the on-off valve member is attached to the edge of the drain port to maintain the close contact state and the drain port to remain closed.

The filter element according to the second aspect is the filter element according to the first aspect,
A rubber annular valve seat is attached to the drain port, and a base end of a spring member made of a leaf spring is fixed to an edge of the drain port. Since the central portion of the lower surface of the on-off valve member which is in close contact with the annular valve seat is configured to be elastically pressed upward, the on-off valve member is released despite the release of the pressure input of the contaminated liquid. Is pressed into the contaminated liquid without causing a situation in which the upper end surface of the annular valve seat is in intimate contact with the upper end surface of the annular valve seat and unexpectedly maintains the state where the on-off valve member closes the drain port. Simultaneously, the on-off valve member is pushed upward by the spring member to quickly and surely detach from the annular valve seat to open the drainage port and open the upper end of the sub-filter. Close the Can be performed replacing the Luther element smoothly and easily.

Further, since the opening / closing valve member closing the drain port is pressed upward by the spring member at the center of the lower surface thereof, the supply of the contaminated liquid is stopped when the supply of the contaminated liquid is stopped. The on-off valve member can be disengaged from the annular valve seat while maintaining a parallel state without being tilted by being evenly pushed upward by the spring member, and the on-off valve member can be smoothly moved by the spring member. After detaching from the annular valve seat, it keeps its horizontal position without tilting, moves up quickly by its own levitation force to open the drain port, and quickly and reliably opens the upper opening of the sub-filter. Can be closed.
