Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 濾過材の収納された濾過器本体の上方より、加圧送水さ
れた液体を注入し、下方から濾過液を取り出してなる加
圧式液体濾過器において、加圧ポンプにより加圧送水さ
れる給水管の前方を第一注水管と第二注水管との二股に
分け、その第一注水管には被濾過水供給弁を設け、また
第二注水管には逆洗浄供給弁を設けておき、前記第一注
水管の先方を更に二股に分け、その一方の支管を濾過器
本体上部の注水口と連結し、他方の支管を逆洗浄排水弁
を介して排水管と連結しており、濾過器本体の下部出水
口より延出している出水管はその先方を二股に分け、そ
の一方の分岐出水管はその先端部において濾過水取出管
を介して取出管と連結すると共に、当該取出弁の手前に
て前記第二注水弁と連結しておき、他方の分岐出水管は
中間洗浄水抜弁を介して前記排水管と連結してなり、前
記各種給排弁の操作と加圧ポンプによる加圧送水とによ
り液体の急速濾過と共に、濾過器本体の逆洗浄及び中間
洗浄を行えるようにしたことを特徴とする加圧式液体濾
過器。
In a pressurized liquid filter, in which pressurized liquid is injected from above the filter body where the filter material is stored, and the filtrate is taken out from below, the water supply pipe is pressurized and fed by a pressure pump. The front part is divided into a first water injection pipe and a second water injection pipe, and the first water injection pipe is provided with a filtered water supply valve, and the second water injection pipe is provided with a backwash supply valve. The tip of one water injection pipe is further divided into two branches, one branch pipe is connected to the water inlet on the top of the filter body, and the other branch pipe is connected to the drain pipe via a backwash drain valve. The water outlet pipe extending from the lower water outlet is divided into two branches, and one of the branched water pipes is connected to the outlet pipe via the filtered water outlet pipe at its tip, and the outlet pipe is connected to the outlet pipe via the filtered water outlet pipe at its tip, and the outlet pipe is connected to the outlet pipe at the tip of the branch outlet pipe through the filtered water outlet pipe. It is connected to the second water inlet valve, and the other branch water outlet pipe is connected to the drain pipe via the intermediate washing water drain valve, and by operating the various supply/discharge valves and supplying pressurized water by the pressure pump. A pressurized liquid filter characterized by being capable of rapid filtration of liquid as well as backwashing and intermediate cleaning of the filter body.
