Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improvement structure for an outer wall having sufficient fitting strength of a new outer wall material without damaging an ALC (lightweight cellular concrete) outer wall by fixing a furring strip for fitting the new dry wall material directly to the skeleton (substrate material) of a building in a construction method for improving the existing outer wall face of a building or a structure, particularly the existing outer wall face mainly made of an ALC member, with the new outer wall. SOLUTION: This improvement structure is constituted of an adjusting metal E formed with a fixed piece 11 and a fitting piece 12 kept in parallel and a connecting piece 13 connecting the fixed piece 11 and the fitting piece 12 and fixing the fixed piece 11 in contact with the face of the existing outer wall C, the furring strip F fitted to the fitting piece 12 of the adjusting metal E, and the new outer wall material G arranged on the surface side of the furring strip F. The adjusting metal E can adjust the horizontal distance between the fixed piece 11 and the fitting piece 12 by changing the angle between the connecting piece 13, the fixed piece 11, and the fitting piece 12.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a method for repairing an existing outer wall surface of a building or a structure, particularly an existing outer wall surface mainly of an ALC member (lightweight cellular concrete) with a new outer wall. More specifically, by fixing the rim for attaching a new drywall material directly to the building frame (base material) of the building, the outer wall does not damage the ALC outer wall and has sufficient installation strength for the new outer wall material. It relates to the renovation structure.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the renovation of an outer wall using an ALC member has been carried out by removing all of the old ALC outer wall and forming a new outer wall on a wall base material such as an existing skeleton or a rim. A new dry wall material is directly in contact with the outer wall surface of the ALC, and the dry wall material is fixed to the ALC using a fixture such as a concrete anchor.
A renovation method using the LC wall itself as a wall base material is generally known.

However, in the construction method in which all the outer walls of the old ALC and the like as described above are removed and a new outer wall is formed on the existing base material such as the frame and the rim, There was a problem in increasing the cost for removal and disposal of the removed waste material, and there was a problem that the inside of the building could not be used during the construction period because there was no outer wall during the construction.

Further, in the construction method in which the ALC outer wall is used as it is as a wall base material and a new outer wall material is constructed, the old ALC outer wall is cracked, partially dropped, and deteriorated in strength due to frost damage and aging due to its properties. The use of this as a wall base has a problem with the strength of the new wall material that has been installed, and has the risk of falling off or peeling off due to external impacts such as typhoons and earthquakes. . Furthermore, the surface of the ALC outer wall has irregularities, and if the new outer wall is constructed as it is, it is difficult to adjust the unevenness due to the irregularities,
Irregularities also occurred on the new wall surface that had risen, and the appearance was inferior.

[0005] In order to eliminate such disadvantages, the present invention provides:
An adjusting bracket formed of a fixing piece and a mounting piece parallel to each other, a connecting piece for connecting the fixing piece and the mounting piece, and fixing the fixing piece while abutting the existing outer wall surface; And a new outer wall material arranged on the front side of the body edge. The adjustment bracket can adjust the horizontal distance between the fixing piece and the mounting piece by changing the angle formed by the connecting piece, the fixing piece, and the mounting piece. We propose a certain exterior wall repair structure. By adjusting the distance between the fixing piece and the mounting piece, it becomes possible to adjust the unevenness of the new outer wall material attached to the mounting piece via the fuselage, and it is possible to beautifully finish the appearance of the renovated outer wall. is there.

And a connecting piece 13 for connecting the mounting piece 12 to fix the fixing piece 11 in contact with the existing outer wall C surface. The fixing piece 11 facilitates driving of the fixing tool D onto the existing outer wall C by forming a pilot hole 11a through which the shaft body 1 of the fixing tool D passes. This is where F is attached. As shown in FIG. 4B, the adjustment bracket E is provided with a fixing piece 1 by changing an angle formed by the fixing piece 11 and the mounting piece 12 with the connecting piece 13.
The horizontal distance between 1 and the mounting piece 12 can be adjusted, and a modified outer wall A having a beautiful appearance can be formed by adjusting the unevenness when the new outer wall material G is mounted. In addition,
It is also possible to prepare a plurality of types of adjustment fittings E in which the horizontal distance between the fixing piece 11 and the mounting piece 12 is slightly different from each other.
