PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transducer protective filter for a dialysis, which can be surely fixed to a housing, and can prevent the contamination of a dialysis device and the infection to a patient due to the flowing-in of blood from occurring. SOLUTION: A sheet-form filter 3 is pinched between the flange section 5a of a housing 2a on the pressure monitor line side, and the flange section 5b of a housing 2b on the dialysis device side. When the filter 3 is pinched, a resin is filled in a groove 13 formed between the flange sections 5a and 5b, and the outer periphery of the filter 3 is fixed in this transducer protective filter 1 for a dialysis.

保護フィルターはハウジングに超音波ウエルダーで溶着
していたが、その際の超音波微振動がフィルターの破れ
の原因になることがあった。しかし保護フィルターが破
れていると、場合により血液で透析装置を汚染してしま
う他に、次の患者が汚染した透析装置を使用して感染し
てしまう虞がある。そこで本発明者は以上の課題を解決
する為に、鋭意検討を重ねた結果次の発明に到達した。

記凸部6は、前記ドリップチャンバーに設けた圧力モニ

8と外筒9の間に回動しながら押し込んだ時、安易に離
脱しない為に形成している。前記鍔部5a内に複数の略
扇状の保護板4aを放射状に形成している。前記保護板
4aの端部4a1により前記フィルター3の膨らみを抑
えて破れを防ぎ、例えば血液が透析装置側嵌合部10を
通り前記フィルター3まで流れ込んだ時その血液を元に
戻す為に該フィルター3は圧力モニターライン側に膨ら
むのでその膨らみを抑える為に形成されている。前記鍔
部5aの端部外周に切欠部13aが形成されている。ま
た必要に応じて外筒9の外周の長さ方向に溝または凸部
を形成して、保護フィルター1の脱着が容易に行なえる
ようにしても良い。

材質は射出成形加工が可能な材質であれば何でも良く、
例えばPP(ポリプロピレン)、PC(ポリカーボネイ
ト)、PVC(硬質塩化ビニル)やPE(ポリエチレ
