皮膚に適用される、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の化粧品。

毛髪に適用される、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の化粧品。
【請求項８】
頭皮に適用される、請求項１から５のいずれかに記載の化粧品。
[Claims]
(1)
A cosmetic product containing platinum colloid and a base.
(2)
The cosmetic of claim 1, wherein the base comprises a water-soluble component selected from the group consisting of glycerin, butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and carboxyvinyl polymer.
(3)
The cosmetic according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the platinum colloid is produced by reducing a platinum salt and then filtering.
(4)
The cosmetic according to claim 3, wherein the reduction of the platinum salt is performed in the presence of a surfactant, a reducing agent, and a pH compensating agent.
(5)
The cosmetic according to claim 4, wherein the produced platinum colloid has a negative zeta potential.

The cosmetic according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is applied to skin.

The cosmetic product according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is applied to hair.
Claim 8.
The cosmetic according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which is applied to a scalp.
