Description of the Related Art Conventionally, raw materials such as ore, cement, coal, coke and the like have been transported in the form of powder and / or granules on a belt conveyor. This is a phenomenon that cannot be achieved. The deposits not only reduce the amount of transport of the belt conveyor, but also cause the deposits on the surface of the return belt to fall, deteriorating the working environment due to dust, and causing the accumulated deposits to accumulate and damage the belt. Occurred. In addition, it is necessary to perform a process of collecting fallen objects, resulting in an increase in cost.

Although there is a fluid type that removes deposits by spraying a high-pressure fluid, each has its own advantages and disadvantages, and there is no satisfactory belt cleaner yet.

Working with weakness. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), as the adhered material is scraped off by the blade edge, the adherence 4 such as ore or the like is accumulated on the cleaner blade front surface because the contact force is weak, and the belt 2 is pushed up to make contact with the belt surface. Adhesion with the cutting edge is reduced, the cleaning effect of the cleaner is reduced, and no result can be obtained. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 1 (c), as the scraping effect of the cleaner is reduced, the ore 4 or the like stagnating at the blade edge of the cleaner causes the blade edge surface 3 of the cleaner to fall, and the blade edge stays without abrasion. Ore or the like serves as a cleaner blade edge, and there is a problem that a problem occurs in that no scraping result is obtained at all.

The other end of the arm member 13 is rotatably attached to a support at a fulcrum 16 of the arm member. Further, the support member is held by the holding member 15 by tightening a bolt 17 so that the support member does not fall off the holding member. Also, the hook 10 provided on the cylindrical holding member,
When the spring 19 attached to the holding frame 12 is hooked, the support member is hung by the holding frame via the spring, becomes vertically movable, and is urged upward by the spring. Therefore, the scraping plate 9 provided on the support member presses the belt surface, and can effectively scrape off the deposits on the belt surface. In addition, the pressing force on the belt surface of the scraper, which affects the scraping efficiency, can be easily adjusted by adjusting the strength of the spring, and the cleaner cutting edge is prevented from being naturally worn by use. Although the pressing force has to be finely adjusted according to the wear, it can be automatically adjusted by using a spring.

Alternatively, the pressing force can be electrically adjusted. Further, instead of suspending the support on the holding frame, the support may be supported from below.

Or the blade edge face was tilted, so that good scraping efficiency could not be achieved.

For this reason, stagnation of the adhering matter at the cutting edge is reduced, and the scraping plate can reduce the pushing force received from the adhering matter. Further, abrasion resistance between the belt and the cutting edge can be reduced.

に装置の設計上からのデメリットが大きい。As the inclination angle of the scraping plate increases from 0 ° to 90 ° with respect to the traveling direction of the belt, the force which the scraping plate receives from the attached matter increases. Therefore, considering only the force received from the adhered substance, it is preferable that the inclination angle of the scraping plate is small, but it becomes necessary to dispose a very large number of scraping plates in order to scrape the entire belt, which greatly increases the cost. In addition, there are significant disadvantages in terms of device design.

And three pieces are joined so that the entire belt width can be scraped off. This joining method can be carried out by commonly used welding or mechanical joining means. The scraper is provided with a holder 20 and a blade portion 8, and the blade portion is detachably mounted on the holder. That is, the blade edge portion 8 is fitted into the groove 21 formed in the holder, and is fixed by the bolt 22. In addition, if the structure of the replaceable cutting edge portion is configured by dividing the cutting edge portion into a plurality of pieces in the width direction, when the cutting edge portion of a specific portion is worn out, only the cutting edge portion of that portion can be replaced. It is preferable from the viewpoint of maintenance and cost to adopt a structure in which the entire blade edge portion is divided into a plurality of blades rather than one.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6C, it is preferable that the base of the cutting edge is made of an inexpensive steel plate 24 and the like and the tip 25 is made of a wear-resistant material joined to the cutting edge, because the cost is low and the cost is low.

A comparison is made between a vertical cleaner having a blade edge perpendicular to the belt traveling direction and an oblique cleaner having a blade edge inclined at an angle of 45 degrees under a condition of a cleaner blade edge width of 3.0 mm. The contact time between the cleaner and the belt is 1.4 times longer with the oblique cleaner, and the scraping efficiency is improved. Also, the oblique-type cleaner has about 30% more pressing force of the blade edge of the cleaner against the powder adhering to the belt.
As a result, the cleaner blade tip is less likely to twist or fall, so that the pressing force against the belt can be increased and the scraping efficiency can be improved.

The snap pulley 6 is installed in front of the cleaner, and the press roller 7 is installed behind the cleaner. The return belt is pushed up from below by the snap pulley, and the return belt is pressed down by the press roller. That is, when the belt is pushed up by the snap pulley, tension is applied to the belt between the drive pulley and the snap pulley, and the belt is flattened by correcting its curvature. Since the flattened belt is pressed by the pressing roller, it does not return to the curved state. Therefore, the blade tip of the scraper, which is arranged diagonally, can come into contact with the flat return belt, and the belt keeps its position and tension constant by the snap pulley and the holding roller, and the belt sags. Since no rubbing occurs, the pressing force between the blade edge of the scraping plate and the belt can be made constant, the adjustment of the pressing force becomes easy, and the scraping efficiency can be further improved.

It is possible to obtain a scraper-type cleaner having a high removal efficiency.

Since the tip is made of a wear-resistant material, the cutting edge is hardly worn. Further, since the both sides of the cutting edge are rounded, there is an effect that the belt is not damaged.
