Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly solve the problem of scrapping of a wiring cover by a change of branch wiring openings or work miss, without requiring work of boring a branch wiring opening in the wiring cover at a job site, when work of branching a cable inside the cover from the middle of the stretching length of the wiring cover and connecting it to an office automation apparatus, etc., on a desk is performed. SOLUTION: This is a wiring cover, having construction of putting a narrow cable middle lead-out board 9 with a branch wiring opening 8 between the end surfaces of a thin and long cover member 3 to be fitted to a thin and long base member 2 mutually, causing the leading-out board 9 to have the same fitting-in part 5' as the cover member 3 and have mutually fitting-in construction with the base member 2, causing the leading-out board 9 to have an end surface 11 shape which matches with the end surface 10 of the cover member 3, and causing it to thrust the end surface 10 of the cover member 3, and leading a branch cable 7' out from a cable 7 inserted into a wiring opening 6, through the branch opening 8 formed in the lead-out board 9.

As described above, since the wiring port 8 is formed by matching the pair of cutouts 8b, the operation of leading the branch cable 7 'and the operation of fitting the narrow cable intermediate lead plate 9 can be performed. It can be done very simply. That is, if the branch cable 7 'is drawn out in advance, and then the split cable intermediate guide plates 9' and 9 'are fitted to the elongated base member 2, the branch cable 7' is inserted into the cutout 8b, that is, into the branch wiring port 8. Can be inserted to form the insertion state.

The notch 8a is formed at the left end or right end of the one end face 11 of the narrow cable intermediate lead-out plate 9. That is, the corner formed by the butt end face 11 of the narrow cable intermediate lead-out plate 9 and the end face 12 of the cover member 9 extending in parallel with the elongated base member 2 (the end face 12 intersecting the butt end face 11) is key-shaped. The notch 8a is formed. Or, although not shown, the end face 1
2 is cut out in a U-shape to form a U-shaped notch which is opened at the end surface 12.

As described above, the wiring port 8 is cut into the notch 8a.
With the cutout shape as described above, the operation of leading the branch cable 7 'and the operation of fitting the narrow cable intermediate exit plate 9 can be performed extremely easily. That is, if the branch cable 7 'is drawn out in advance, and then the narrow cable intermediate lead-out plate 9 is fitted to the elongated base member 2, the branch cable 7' is inserted into the cutout 8a, that is, into the branch wiring port 8. Thus, the insertion state can be formed.

According to the present invention, when the elongate base members are butted against each other and the elongate cover members are butted with each other and fitted to the elongate base member to form a wiring cavity of a required length, the elongate cover is formed. A branch wiring port can be provided by a simple operation in which the narrow cable middle lead-out plate is fitted and interposed between members. For example, the narrow cable middle lead-out plate is fitted in advance to a required branch wiring position of the elongated base member. However, the installation position of the branch wiring port can be easily set simply by abutting the elongated cover member fitted to the elongated base member against this.
