Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply form exterior walls on each floor with the exception of sites, where openings such as windows are formed. SOLUTION: Exterior wall panels 1 composed of hollow plain cement extrusion molded boards having excellent fire resistance, water resistance and freeze resistance and high strength and high rigidity in spite of light weight are borne to a foundation K or steel-framed beams H on lower floors, and installed successively among the foundation K and the steel-framed beams H on upper floors or among the steel-framed beams H on lower floors and the steel-framed beams H on upper floors without using reinforcing members such as wall frameworks, thus forming exterior walls on each floor.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there has been known an outer wall panel in which a nut fitting is previously disposed at a predetermined position on the back side and a plurality of hollow portions are formed to penetrate vertically. When an outer wall of a house is formed by using such an outer wall panel, the outer wall panel is fixed to a wall frame set fixed to a foundation or a steel beam. Specifically, the mounting bracket is fixed to the nut bracket embedded in the outer wall panel via bolts, while the joining bracket is fixed to the wall shaft set via bolts, and the mounting bracket fixed to the outer wall panel is fixed to the wall shaft. The outer wall panel is fixed to the wall shaft assembly by mounting the joint member fixed to the wall shaft assembly to the nut fitting of the outer wall panel via a bolt while mounting the outer wall panel on the wall shaft assembly (for example, see Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 3288
64 and JP-A-9-328839).

However, in order to fix the outer wall panel, a wall shaft assembly is required, and a number of nut fittings must be embedded in one outer wall panel. In addition, while a plurality of mounting brackets are fixed to one outer wall panel using nut fittings, a plurality of joining brackets must be fixed to one wall shaft assembly, which increases costs and reduces work costs. There was a problem that much time was required.

[0004] Further, in order to improve the bending strength of the above-mentioned outer wall panel, it is necessary to arrange a steel material in a hollow portion of the outer wall panel or on a back surface thereof to reinforce the outer wall panel. As a result, the above-mentioned wall frame and steel work on the steel beam together with the outer wall panel, and the weight load on the steel beam increases, and the degree of freedom in design is impaired.

It is known that a solid ALC plate is used for an outer wall panel, but the specific gravity of the ALC plate is as small as 0.6 and light, but the bending strength is small. For this reason, when the ALC plate is used for the outer wall panel, an ALC plate with a reinforcing bar in which a reinforcing bar is disposed is usually employed. However, in the ALC plate with a reinforcing bar, rust is generated on the reinforcing bar with the passage of time, and flows out of the opening of the outer wall panel, and the outer wall may be stained, or the outer wall panel may be damaged due to volume expansion of the reinforcing bar due to the rust.

Here, the steel beams H and the steel columns C constituting the steel structure are made of H-shaped section steel.
Then, two or more steel beams H connected to each other
A floor beam, a floor beam on the third floor, and a hut beam on the third floor are formed respectively. These floor beams and hut beams are the foundation K (see FIG. 4), the floor beams on the second floor, the floor beams on the second and third floors, It is supported by a plurality of steel columns C connected to the floor beam and the hut beam on the third floor, respectively. That is, since the raw material of the outer wall panel 1 itself is a fine clay-like material and has a high density, it has a property that water does not easily penetrate, hardly suffers from freezing damage even in a cold region, and has excellent durability. Compressive strength is 500kgf / cm
2 (240 kgf / cm 2 for general concrete), and the specific gravity of the base material is 1.4 and the specific gravity of the panel is 0.9, as compared with the specific gravity of the conventional hollow cement board of 1.9. It is lightweight and reduces the weight burden on the steel beam H. And arrange the H-sections side by side,
By forming a plurality of hollow portions 1a (see FIG. 3) having the same meaning as integrated as a panel, the section modulus is improved and the panel bending strength (vertical direction) is 2400 kgf.
/ Cm 2 , which is more than twice as high as that of a non-hollow shape having the same cross-sectional area. Also, at the time of extrusion molding, a joint pattern can be formed by a deeply engraved design pattern at the same time, for example, a plurality of vertical grooves and horizontal grooves formed at set intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions. It has rich expressive power compared to concrete exterior walls that tend to dry out. Furthermore, various types of outer wall panels 1 having different sizes and shapes in accordance with the mounting position can be obtained by simply changing the cutting dimensions of the outer wall panel 1.
Can be provided. At this time, since the outer wall panel 1 is unstretched, rust does not occur from the kerf due to the cutting process, and there is no possibility that the outer wall panel 1 is damaged by volume expansion accompanying the rust.

As a result, since the strength of the outer wall panel 1 is high, a reinforcing member such as a wall frame is not required, and the lip portion 32a of the lower mounting member 3 fixed to the foundation K or the steel beam H on the lower floor and its lip portion 32a. The lip portion 42a of the upper mounting member 4 fixed to the steel beam H on the upper floor is engaged with the engagement portion 2b of the engagement fitting 2.
And the outer wall panel 1 can be fixed by a simple operation of merely tightening the bolt B by engaging with the outer wall panel 1. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, the mounting operation can be performed in a short time, and the cost can be reduced. Further, since the engaging portion 2b of the engaging metal fitting 2 is engaged with the lip portion 32a of the lower mounting member 3 and the lip portion 42a of the upper mounting member 4, respectively, the outer wall panel 1 is horizontally moved even by an earthquake or the like. In addition, the outer wall panel 1 can be securely fixed because the engaging fitting 2 does not rotate and does not separate from the lower mounting member 3 or the upper mounting member 4.

Here, the length of the steel beam H and the height between the steel beams H on the upper and lower floors are modularized, and the width and height of the outer wall panel 1 are modularized, so that the outer wall panel 1 is allocated. Mounting work can be performed from any position, and as a result, there is no need to determine the order of construction, and there is an advantage that adaptability in on-site construction is extremely high.
