以後の各製造工程において、前記マークを読取り、前記マークから読取られたデータを利用して各製造工程の管理を行う光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。

前記マークは、バーコードまたは二次元コードである請求項1または請求項2に記載の光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。

前記マークは、レーザーによる刻印によって付される請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかの項に記載の光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。

前記マークは、印刷によって付される請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかの項に記載の光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。

前記マークを読取り、前記マークから読取られたデータを利用して各製造工程の管理を行う工程において、前記マークから読取られたデータをサーバに保存する請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかの項に記載の光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。

製造された光電変換装置の特性を検査する検査工程をさらに有し、
前記検査工程は、各製造工程の情報と検査により測定された情報とを前記マークから読取る工程と、
前記マークから読取られた情報によって製造工程管理と品質管理とを統一して行う工程と、を有している請求項1記載の光電変換装置の製造工程管理方法。
