[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] 500 kV or 1000
The insulation configuration in kV ultra-high voltage equipment (eg, transformers) improves the withstand voltage of the oil gap by subdividing the oil gap with an insulation barrier and strictly controlling the moisture in the insulator and suspended particles in the oil. We are trying to reduce the size. Therefore, winding and internal assembly work at the factory during production are performed in a dust-proof air-conditioning room that prevents intrusion of dust and moisture. The core is assembled and the lead wires are connected by opening the air conditioner, so large-scale air-conditioning equipment equivalent to the factory must be brought to the site, or if the equipment capacity is less than that, the area where the windings are exposed is minimized. And work in a short period of time.

FIG. 4 shows the loading of a plurality of tap lead wires having a bundled structure. In the case of a large-capacity transformer, etc., since the winding diameter becomes large and the various lead wires 15 including the tap lead wire are often large and heavy due to an increase in the inter-phase distance, the lead wire etc. is dedicated as a single item. When storing in a tank and transporting, consider the transport or local loading space,
The lead wire 15 itself has a split structure,

Advantages of the invention (1). As described above, according to the present invention, when assembling the windings to the iron core legs in the field assembly, dry air is immediately applied to the entire winding insulation with the moisture-proof sheet covering the windings and the winding insulation. As a result, all insulators including windings can be kept dry, and relatively time-consuming operations such as inserting the upper yoke, connecting lead wires, and assembling can be performed simultaneously. Since the on-site reassembly work can be performed without absorbing the insulator, the efficiency of the assembling work of the disassembling and transporting transformer can be remarkably improved, and the drying process after the completion of the assembling can be shortened.

(2). Since the lower end surface of the moisture-proof sheet hangs down to the lower tank, when the worker assembles, connects, and insulates the lead wire etc. existing below from the upper yoke, the worker bends and moves the moisture-proof sheet outward. Even when pressed, the moisture-proof sheet is deformed accordingly, so the worker can work in a comfortable posture without taking an unreasonable posture, making installation work easier and work efficiency significantly improved compared to the conventional technology. .
