Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure capable of increasing a connection force of joints for jointing both segments to each other, and achieving compact and simple structure of the joints in spite of an increased connection force. SOLUTION: This junction structure 1 comprises a female joint 4 comprising two plate-shaped base parts 5 disposed apart from each other to form a roughly C-shaped cross section, and a male joint 3 comprising two plate-shaped base parts 5 facing each other to form a roughly T-shaped cross section. The two base parts 5 in the male joint 3 are inserted from a slit 8 in the female joint 4 having the roughly C-shaped cross section into it, so claw-shaped lock parts 6 of both joints 3, 4 are locked to each other, thereby the male joint 3 is engaged with the female joint 4 to strongly connect and joint both segments 2 to each other.

In the conventional joint structure as described above, the joint is composed of a base, which is a single steel plate, and a claw-shaped engaging portion formed at the tip of the base. In order that the engagement of the claw-shaped engaging portions in the joint of the two segments to be joined cannot be easily released, the engaging height of the claw-shaped engaging portions, which are the engaging portions, must be sufficiently set.

For this reason, in this conventional joining structure, in order to increase the engaging force of the claw-shaped engaging portions of the respective joints, that is, the connecting force of the joints, it is necessary to enlarge the entire joint together with the claw-shaped engaging portions. is there.

In addition, the engagement of the claw-shaped locking portions in each joint depends on the elasto-plastic deformation of the base of each joint connected to the claw-shaped locking portion and the repulsive force of the elasto-plastically deformed base. I have.

Further, since the segment ring is likely to be misaligned in the radial direction, if the joint is a joint in the above-described conventional joint structure, the engagement between the claw-shaped locking portions is likely to be released due to the misalignment.

As described above, in the conventional joint structure as described above, if the engagement force (the coupling force of each joint) of the claw-shaped locking portion in each joint (hook joint) is increased, one piece of steel is used. There has been a problem that the joint becomes large and expensive, for example, by increasing the shape and size of the base portion, which is the plate body.

According to the joint structure of the present invention, a joint is formed by using two bases each having a claw-shaped locking portion and an anchor portion and disposing them face-to-face or back-to-back. The configuration is such that the two segments to be joined are joined by the engagement of the two claw-shaped locking portions of the two base portions, so that the height of the meshing portion (claw-shaped locking portion at the base portion) of the joint can be theoretically determined. In addition, it can be reduced to half that of the joint in the conventional joint structure.

From this, in the joint structure of the present invention,
It is not necessary to increase the size of the joint (base), and a large engaging force can be obtained. Further, in the joint structure of the present invention, the male joint consisting of two bases is also fitted to the female joint consisting of two bases, so that the joint consisting of one base in the conventional joint structure is used. Also, the two segments to be joined can be firmly connected and joined.

Accordingly, it is not necessary to increase the size of the joint (the base 5 of the male joint 3 and the female joint 4), and a large engaging force can be obtained. Further, in the joint structure 1 of the present invention, the male joint 3 composed of the two bases 5 is fitted to the female joint 4 also composed of the two bases 5, so that one joint in the conventional joint structure is formed. The two segments 2 to be joined can be more firmly connected and joined than the joint consisting of the base.
