【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 被処理流体及び処理済流体の出入口を有
する筐体内に、筒状フィルターエレメントを設け、該筒
状フィルターエレメントの同心軸上に回動の中心を共有
する、二以上の羽根付き移動回転体を二以上の異径同心
円に沿って夫々独立して回動自在に配設して、順次内側
から外側に向かって、前記筒状フィルターエレメントの
外周に位置するものを第1の羽根付き移動回転体、この
第1の羽根付き移動回転体の外周に位置するものを第2
の羽根付き移動回転体、・・・とすると共に、これら複
数の羽根付き移動回転体の作用により被処理流体を攪拌
して該被処理流体の濃度を均一に保ちながら前記筒状フ
ィルターエレメントの表面に残留した付着物を掻落する
と共に稼働中に濾過機能を自動的に回復することができ
ることを特徴とする濾過装置。
