As described above, fruit seedlings, leafy seedlings, flowers and trees grown in a small-diameter pot or polypot as described above are taken out from the small-diameter pot or polypot and planted. . However, in such a plant, not only is it time-consuming when taken out of a pot or a polypot at the time of planting, but also as described later, especially in a plant raised in a polypot, the root does not come out of the polypot, and the main root is around the seedling during planting. There is a problem that the growth after planting is poor and the rooting of the fruit seedlings is apt to occur.

[0004] When a seedling is raised in a polypot, there is no air permeability and moisture evaporated from the soil in the polypot condenses on the inner wall of the polypot. There is also a problem that the roots of the tree cannot extend outward from the polypot, extend along the inner wall of the polypot, and cause so-called main root roots, thereby reducing the number of fine roots. As a result, the planted fruit and vegetable seedlings, leaf and vegetable seedlings, flowers and trees do not grow well, and poor rooting is likely to occur.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, embodiments of a nursery apparatus and a nursery method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the seedling raising device, and reference numeral 1 in the figure indicates the entire seedling raising device. The seedling raising device 1 includes a pot case 2 formed in a rectangular shape in a plan view, and a bottom plate member 8 which is housed in a plurality of pot housings 3, 3, 3. And a pot side wall member (tubular member) 5 forming the pot 4. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pot housing 2 is
For example, four to ten side wall forming plate members 6 hanging down at equal intervals from the front surface side of the base plate and an annular member portion 7 connecting the lower ends of the side wall forming plate members 6 are integrally formed. And a pot 4 at an intermediate height position of the side wall forming plate 6.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the pot receiving portion 9 is formed of a bottom plate receiving projection 10 at an intermediate height of the side wall forming plate 6 and a bottom plate holding projection 11 above the bottom plate receiving projection. The bottom plate member 8 of the pot 4 is fitted and fixed between the bottom plate receiving protrusion 10 and the bottom plate pressing protrusion 11. In this example, the height of the pot receiving portion 9 is set to be 5 cm from the bottom of the pot case 2, but this can be set arbitrarily within a range of 2 to 10 cm. This is because if it is less than 2 centimeters, the space at the bottom of the pot 4 is small and the air space is equal, and if it is 10 centimeters, the whole becomes bulky, which is not practically desirable. The bottom plate member 8 of the pot 4 is formed of a relatively hard synthetic resin plate-like net having substantially the same diameter as the inner diameter of the bottom plate receiving projection 10, and the roughness of the stitch causes the cultivation soil 12 to leak. It has no size.

The pot side wall member 5, which forms the pot 4 together with the bottom plate member 8, forms a sheet material by solidifying corrosive coarse linen cloth into a sheet shape with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) or the like. The material is formed into a fan shape, and the overlapped end portions of the fan shape are fixed to each other with a staple (for example, a stapler (a registered trademark of Max Co., Ltd.)) 14 and can be inserted into the pot storage portion 2 to form a tapered cylindrical body. (See FIGS. 1 and 6). In addition, the pot side wall member 5 is not limited to the above-mentioned coarse linen cloth, but is formed by spinning corrosive fiber or, for example, biodegradable plastic into fiber, and wrapping it into a wrap to solidify it.
A sheet material made of a nonwoven fabric of 50 g / m 2 may be formed into a fan shape, and Japanese paper, Western paper, a biodegradable plastic sheet provided with numerous holes may be used as the sheet material. In this case, it is desirable to form holes of 10,000 to 50,000 pieces / m2 to maintain air permeability and water permeability. Further, the staple 14 can be replaced with sewing by bonding, sewing, or welding with an adhesive.

Next, the steps from the cultivation of a plant to planting using the seedling raising apparatus 1 configured as described above will be described. FIG.
As shown in (1), first, the pot side wall member 5 formed in the above-described manner and tapered in the downward direction is placed on the bottom plate member 8 to form the pot 4. When the pot 4 is formed, the pot 4 is filled with the cultivation soil 12 and the cultivation soil 12 is filled.
For example, seeds of fruit seedlings are sowed, or small seedlings of plants are planted and irrigated to grow seedlings. At this time, since the pot 4 is located at the intermediate height position of the pot storage portion 3 in the pot case 2, excess water that has been irrigated flows outward from the periphery of the pot 4 and accumulates in the pot 4. No condensation or condensation.

Thus, the so-called "root circumference" in which the roots of the fruit seedlings 15 grown along the peripheral wall of the pot 4 do not occur, and the number of fine roots is larger than that of the main roots. Also, since the space 16 is formed below the bottom plate member 8, the fruit seedlings 15
No longer extends downward from the bottom plate member 8 of the pot 4. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, when the fruit seedlings 15 are grown to a predetermined size and then transplanted, the pots 4 containing the grown fruit seedlings 15 are kept in the pot storage portion 3 while the seedlings 15 are kept. Transport to the desired location for implantation. After being transported to a desired place, the pot 4 containing the fruit seedlings 15 is pulled upward. Then, while the bottom plate member 8 of the pot 4 is left at the intermediate height position of the pot storage portion 3, the fruit seedlings 15 are taken out of the pot storage portion 3 together with the pot side wall member 5 and the cultivation soil 12 grown.

The bottom of the pot 4 portion of the fruit seedling 15 taken out of the pot storage section 3 is in a state where the seedling raising soil 12 is exposed (see FIG. 6). Therefore, if the vegetable seedlings 15 are buried in a desired place together with the pot side wall member 5 in this state, the root of the fruit vegetable seedlings 15 is stretched without stress because the bottom of the pot 4 is in an open state. The roots penetrate deeply, so the vigor is strong. By the way, the plants raised by the seedling raising device of the present invention do not have a root around the main root in the pot 4, and the fine roots are 2-3 times more prominent than the main roots in the conventional polypot, and have good survival. Was confirmed. Further, the pot side wall members 5 planted together are gradually corroded and disappear, so that the root development is not hindered.

In the above embodiment, the bottom plate member 8 of the pot 4 is provided at an intermediate height position of the pot storage portion 3, but the range of this height position is not necessarily the intermediate height of the pot storage portion 3. The present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be implemented as long as a space is formed below the bottom plate member 8 when the pot 4 is formed. Further, the bottom plate member 8 is a plate member having water permeability,
For example, it is needless to say that it can be formed of a punching metal or expanded metal made of stainless steel, or another member such as a lattice or a round or square. In short, the cultivation soil 12 of the pot 4 can be implemented as long as it can form a grid or an eye that does not leak. Further, the number of the pot storage portions 3 formed in the pot case 2 is not limited to the illustrated one, and the shape of the pot storage portion 3 in plan view is changed to a square or an ellipse instead of a circle. It goes without saying that you can do it. In addition, in this example, the raising of the vegetable seedlings 15 is described as an example. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is needless to say that the seedlings 15 can be used for growing leafy seedlings, flowers and trees.

According to the present invention, the bottom of the pot fixed at the intermediate height position of the pot storage portion of the pot case and the biodegradable plastic or corrosive fiber which can be inserted and removed above the bottom are used. By forming a seedling pot with a pot side wall member, and raising the seedling in a seedling pot installed at an intermediate height position of the pot storage part of the pot case, to prevent the roots of the plants in the pot from the main root In addition to increasing the number of fine roots, when transplanting plants, pot side wall members are buried together with cultivation soil, so fruit seedlings grown in conventional small-diameter pots and polypots can be used for planting. Can be transplanted in a short time and easily without the need to take out and transplant from the small-diameter pot or plastic pot. Together with Nakuseru, plastic pot various problems associated with be treated as industrial waste, even if transportation and incineration of effort and cost, there is can be advantageous to eliminate the problem of the generation of dioxin pollution at the time of incineration.

Further, when growing plants, since a space is formed around the pot, there is no dew condensation in the pot, and the roots due to dew condensation in the pot are prevented. There is also the advantage that it can be made into a plant. Further, since the bottom of the pot is buried in an open state at the time of transplantation, root development after the transplantation is also improved. Furthermore, since the bottom of the pot can be used repeatedly, and the consumables are only the pot side wall members, there is an advantage that it is economical and the seedling raising cost can be reduced.
