Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial cable bending tool, with which workers can form a slack of uniform shape on a coaxial cable between poles, without differences in workmanship among the workers. SOLUTION: This bending tool has an arm body 1, that is mounted to a pole A or messenger wire C and extends along a coaxial cable B between poles. A central cable receiving member 2, that abuts against the coaxial cable from the top and the bottom surface of which is curved, is provided at the central part of this arm body 1, and end-part cable receiving members 3 are provided that abuts on the cable from bottom and the top surface of which is curved at both the right and left ends of the arm body 1. A cross arm 4 that protrudes downward is provided on the central part of the arm unit 1, and a central cable receiving member 2 is supported movably along this cross arm 4 vertically up along the cross arm 4.

2. Description of the Related Art Slack is a drainer that prevents rainwater from traveling along a coaxial cable and entering connectors and equipment. However, slack has recently been used to improve the waterproof characteristics of connectors and to use waterproof storage tubes. Rather than draining, it now has a role to absorb the contraction of the coaxial cable due to the temperature difference.

In the state where the thread at the tip of the screw member 15 is engaged with the thread on the side surface of the threaded rod 11, even if the central cable receiving member 2 is pushed down by hand, the central cable receiving member 2 is moved downward. In this state, when the rotating tool is engaged with the bolt head 12 at the lower end of the screw rod 11 to rotate the screw rod 11, the screw rod 1
Since the mounting cylinder 13 moves up and down together with the screw member 15 meshing with 1, the central cable receiving member 2 can be lowered through the seat plate 6 fixed to the tip of the mounting cylinder 13. Further, when the operating rod 17 of the screw member 15 is pulled rearward to release the engagement between the screw rod 11 and the screw member 15, the central cable receiving member 2 is grasped by hand.

For example, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when a messenger wire C is stretched at the tip of a protruding arm D wound around and fixed to a telephone pole A, the messenger wire C and a hanging metal fitting are attached to the messenger wire C. The coaxial cable B suspended and supported via E protrudes from the utility pole A and passes through a position separated by the length of the arm D. In this case, the hook fitting 20 is attached to a portion near both sides of the arm body 1 and the hook fitting 20 is hooked on the messenger wire C, and the arm body 1
Along the coaxial cable B supported by the messenger wire C. Then, as shown by a solid line in FIG. 6, the lower surface of the central cable receiving member 2 provided on the orthogonal arm 4 at the center of the arm main body 1 is applied to the upper surface of the coaxial cable B, and the end cable receiving portions at both ends are provided. The upper surface of the member 3 is applied to the lower surface of the coaxial cable B, and the central cable receiving member 2 is pushed down along the orthogonal arm 4 as shown by a chain line in FIG. With the receiving member 3 and the central cable receiving member 2,
The central portion is bent into a curved shape that is lowered downward.
The central cable receiving member 2 is pushed down by the coaxial cable B
Is relatively weak, the operation can be performed manually by pulling the operating rod 17 of the screw member 15 rearward to release the engagement between the screw rod 11 and the screw member 15. Also,
When the coaxial cable B is relatively hard and it is difficult to push down the central cable receiving member 2 by hand, the screw member 15 is moved to the front side so that the screw thread at the tip of the screw member 15 is The screw bar 11 is rotated by applying a rotating tool to the bolt head 12 at the lower end of the screw bar 11 while meshing with the thread on the side surface of the screw bar 11. When the screw rod 11 is rotated, the screw member 1 that meshes with the screw rod 11
Since the mounting cylinder 13 moves up and down together with 5, the center cable receiving member 2 can be lowered through the seat plate 6 fixed to the tip of the mounting cylinder 13 by this.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, when the messenger wire C is stretched so as to pass through the center of the electric pole A, the electric pole A becomes an obstacle, and
Messenger wire C using the hook metal 20
Can not be hooked on. In this case, a mounting adapter G for mounting the arm body 1 is installed on the front surface of the fixing band F of the messenger wire C of the telephone pole A, and the arm body 1 is fixed to the telephone pole A via the mounting adapter G. In the same procedure as above, the central cable receiving member 2 and the end cable receiving member 3 are hung on the coaxial cable B, and the central cable receiving member 2 is depressed.
The coaxial cable B is bent.

As described above, when the coaxial cable bending tool according to the present invention is used, the arm body is attached to the electric pole or messenger wire so as to be stretched between the electric poles and along the coaxial cable. When the central cable receiving member abutting from above is pushed down along the orthogonal arm, the coaxial cable can be bent easily and easily along the curved surfaces of the central cable receiving member and the end cable receiving member. There is no individual difference in the slack shape, and it can be formed in a uniform shape, and damage to the coaxial cable can be suppressed as much as possible.
