As described above, since the second connector is a connector for inspecting the first connector 10, the first connector 10 and the second connector are inserted and removed several thousand times. Therefore, the following problems occurred. The problem will be described with reference to FIG. The fact that the first connector and the second connector are inserted and removed several thousand times means that the electric contacts 12 of the first connector 10 and the electric contacts 26 of the second connector contact thousands of times. When the electric contact 12 and the electric contact 26 come into contact with each other several hundred times, the electric contact
There is a problem to be solved such that tin (Sn) of the solder (PbSn) forming No. 2 easily adheres to the surface of the electric contact 26 and causes poor contact. If tin adheres to the surface of the electric contact 26, it will be dropped once every hundreds or thousands of times with a brush or the like. However, there is also a problem that the attached tin does not easily fall off with a brush or the like. If the frequency of brushing is too frequent, the number of man-hours increases, which in turn leads to an increase in cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to removably mate a first connector and a second connector to form a plurality of electrical contacts on one side of the first connector and a plurality of electrical contacts on one side of the second connector. And the electrical contact is provided on the substrate of the second connector, and a slit-shaped cut portion is provided on the substrate around the electrical contact to provide the electrical contact. In an electrical connector having an elastic contact portion, it can be achieved by performing a surface treatment with a material in which tin is hardly diffused on the electric contact on the side in contact with the electric contact. The material for the surface treatment is a platinum group element. The use of a platinum group element makes it difficult for tin to diffuse into the electron contact.
