【請求項2】 配列番号1に示されるアミノ酸配列又は該アミノ酸配列に対して70%以上の相同性を有するα−アミラーゼにおいて、該アミノ酸配列のアミノ末端から11〜100アミノ酸残基に相当する配列を他の液化型α−アミラーゼの該アミノ酸配列に相当するアミノ酸配列に置換させてなる変異α−アミラーゼ。
【請求項3】 配列番号1のアミノ酸配列の1番目のAspから19番目のGlyまでに相当する配列を他の液化型α−アミラーゼの該アミノ酸配列に相当するアミノ酸配列に置換させたものである請求項2記載の変異α−アミラーゼ。
【請求項4】 他の液化型α−アミラーゼが配列番号2に示されるアミノ酸配列を有するものである請求項2又は3記載の変異α−アミラーゼ。
【請求項5】 配列番号1に示されるアミノ酸配列又は該アミノ酸配列に対して70%以上の相同性を有するα−アミラーゼに対して、請求項1記載のアミノ酸残基の置換又は欠失及び請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載のアミノ酸配列の置換から選ばれる2種以上の置換又は欠失を組み合わせて変異させた変異α−アミラーゼ。
