造体(7)を架設し、該床構造体(7)と前記区画逆梁
(1)とで床下収納空間(LS)を画成し、この床下収
納空間(LS)に、該床下収納空間(LS)内を二分す
る幹線逆梁(2)を設け、この幹線逆梁(2)に沿って
設備幹線エリア(MA)を配設し、この設備幹線エリア
(MA)に、前記床構造体(7)に宙吊り状態で懸吊さ
れる、給水および排水系等の配管幹線(8M,9M)を
配設し、この配管幹線(8M,9M)に、前記床下収納
空間(LS)の適所に設けた水回り設備(WE)等の設
備に配設される、給水および排水系等の配管支線(8
B,9B)を着脱自在に接続したことを特徴とする、建
物における配管装置。
