However, in the above configuration, the right and left corners formed by the left and right side plates and the front panel are formed in a streamline of the blown air flowing into the suction hole on the side surface of the centrifugal blower. On the other hand, there is a problem that an extra space is generated, and a turbulent flow such as a stagnant vortex is generated, which lowers the blowing efficiency and increases noise. In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner having a high air blowing efficiency and low noise generation.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiments of the present invention shown in FIGS. First, a first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 will be described. As shown in the perspective view of FIG. 1, the plan view of FIG. 2, and the enlarged plan views of the main parts of FIGS. 3 and 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a thin sheet metal such as SECC (Electro Galvanized Steel Plate) which is incorporated inside a wall or the like. , A top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, left and right side plates 4 and a front panel 5, and a plurality of air outlets 6 formed on the side facing the wall, and a box forming an air passage 7 formed on the opposite side. A heat exchanger provided obliquely in the vicinity of the suction port 7 in the main body 1; a suction port 10 provided on the outlet 6; A plurality of centrifugal blowers including a blower fan 14 driven by a drive motor 13 having a cooling hole 12 disposed on the side of the casing 11 in which the casing 11 is formed (omitted);
Reference numeral 15 denotes a conductor formed at a left and right corner formed by the left and right side plates 4 and the front panel 5 so that the front side is inclined inward, and formed integrally with the left and right side plates 4 or the front panel 5. A wind guide, 16 is an electrical component disposed outside the wind guide 15, and 17 is an SE covering the electrical component 16.
An electrical cover 18 made of a thin sheet metal such as CC (electrogalvanized steel sheet) is attached to the rear surface of the front panel 5 by welding, has a triangular shape protruding in the rear direction, and has a mounting end to which the drive motor 13 is mounted. Forming plane 19
It is a central air guide made of thin sheet metal such as ECC (Electro Galvanized Steel Sheet).

Next, the operation and effects of the above configuration will be described. The air sucked from the suction port 7 is cooled or heated in the heat exchanger 8, passes through an air passage in the main body 1, and is guided to the wind guide 15 and the central wind guide 18. The plurality of centrifugal blowers 9 enter the casing 11 through the suction holes 10 on both sides, and are blown out from the plurality of outlets 6. The air is smoothly guided to the suction hole 10 by being guided to the air guide guide 15 and the central wind guide 18, thereby suppressing the generation of unnecessary turbulence such as a stagnant vortex. As shown in the comparison between the conventional characteristic curve a of the noise characteristic graph and the characteristic curve b of the first embodiment, it is possible to suppress the generation of the blowing noise due to the turbulent flow. Further, the air guided to the central air guide 18 easily flows into the cooling holes 12 of the drive motor 13, so that the drive motor 13 can be effectively cooled. The air guide 15 is connected to the left and right side plates 4.
Alternatively, since it is formed integrally with the front panel 5 and the central wind guide 18 also serves as a mounting bracket for the drive motor 13, the number of parts is not increased, so that parts management costs are reduced. Advantageously. Also,
By storing the electrical components 16 in the unnecessary space outside the wind guide 15, the space can be effectively used, and the overall size of the air conditioner can be reduced.

Next, another embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 6 to 9 will be described. In the second embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the shape of the air guide 15 is a curved surface bulging outward. Since air to the suction holes 10 on both side surfaces of the plurality of centrifugal blowers 9 can be more smoothly guided than in the first embodiment, the conventional characteristic curve a of the air volume-noise characteristic graph of FIG. As shown in the comparison between the characteristic curve b of the first embodiment and the characteristic curve c of the second embodiment, it is possible to further suppress the generation of the blowing noise than the first embodiment.

In the fourth embodiment shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the central air guide 18 is provided between the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3. Since the central wind guide 18 serves as a support for supporting the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, the strength of the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 can be easily secured, and the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3 can be connected to each other. Cost can be suppressed, for example, the plate thickness can be reduced.
