Description of the Related Art In recent years, rivers, lakes, ponds, shores and the like are expected to become more polluted with water, thereby deteriorating the environment and purifying the water. Concrete blocks such as Machi blocks, seawalls, and embankment blocks are often used for embankments and revetments of rivers, lakes, and ponds, and for slopes of roads. The ordinary concrete products that have been used have low environmental purification power, and it is difficult to expect purification. To solve this problem, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 8-295578 and 8-325076,
Attempts have been made to mix wood-based carbides with cement to produce concrete products that retain purification power. However, the proportion of powdered wood-based carbides that can be mixed with conventional Portland cement is low, and when mixed in large amounts, it becomes brittle. Insufficiency of strength occurred, and the maximum was several weight%. However, when woody carbides of several weight% are mixed, the purification power by the carbides is weak and not practical. Also, ordinary concrete in which Portland cement, fine aggregate and gravel are mixed has a large specific gravity (about 2.5), and cannot avoid primary and secondary efflorescence phenomena. The surface condition was improved by applying a resin-based paint to the blued surface of the concrete surface.

By mixing at a ratio of 0 to 15 parts by weight, it is possible to mix a large amount of woody carbide, which is considered to be impossible to mix with conventional ordinary cement, and to have strength equivalent to ordinary concrete products without brittleness. Was. This large amount of woody charcoal enhances water and air purification power,
In addition, the structure of the porous charcoal promotes the formation of microorganisms and enhances the biological purification power. The pores on the surface of the concrete product of the present invention have a pore diameter of 0.5 mm to several mm and a length of several mm to several tens mm.
The mold for molding this is the easiest way to mold a natural porous article surface (for example, pumice or lava having a predetermined shape and arrangement) with silicon rubber or the like. This is a method for manufacturing a mold. The surface of the concrete product of the present invention includes a flat surface, a curved surface, a bump-like unevenness on which a large number of pumice stones are attached, and a large-medium-small unevenness of several mm to several tens mm. Alternatively, the entire shape can be a desired shape such as a garden rock style or a vegetation pot shape. The amorphous active silica powder of the present invention is an ultrafine spherical powder having about 90% of SiO 2 , and micro silica (trade name of Elchem) is a typical example. I'm using

The W / C ratio is selected to be optimum for the purpose of use such as a block, a plate, and a spray. It can be a north ramp. Examples of the woody carbide of the present invention include bamboo charcoal, charcoal, activated carbon and the like, and bamboo charcoal having resource resilience is preferable. The particle size of the woody carbide is preferably 1 mm or more and 5 m
/ M is practical. Sand is generally used as the fine aggregate of the present invention. When the amount of the woody carbide is increased, the mixed weight ratio of the fine aggregate is preferably reduced. The concrete product with charcoal of the present invention can be formed into various blocks of a predetermined shape with a mold, or formed into a mortar and applied to the surface of another article and pressed against a mold with fine projections to form only on the surface. There is a method in which a charcoal-containing layer is formed by spraying an object or another article and pressing a mold having fine projections. In addition, by making the surface with a large number of pores, the contact area between the woody carbide sealed in the concrete and air / liquid is greatly increased,
The functions of woody carbides (air purification, liquid purification, deodorizing effect, moisture absorption, far infrared absorption) can be brought out greatly. In particular, if the surface is provided with irregularities, the number of pores can be increased, the effect of the woody carbide can be enhanced, and the appearance can be made as desired. When the amorphous activated silica powder is added at a ratio of 5 to 30% by weight, preferably 10 to 20% by weight with respect to the cement, the formation of fine pores on the surface and the precise shape and pattern of the surface can be transferred.
If the ratio is less than 5%, the effect is small, and 30%
Exceeds 10%, the best being 10 to 20%. Woody carbides in concrete products not only purify air and liquid, but also suppress primary and secondary efflorescence, and can greatly reduce the specific gravity of concrete products.

In this embodiment, ordinary Portland cement is used as cement, average particle size is about 5 m / m as woody carbide, sand is used as fine aggregate, and micro silica is used as amorphous activated silica powder. (Trade name of Elchem Co., Ltd.), knead it with a predetermined amount of water, pour it into a mold with large and small irregularities and fine projections on the surface, and make a lot of pores on the surface of the form where multiple pumice stones are arranged. It is an example of a concrete block having. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the embodiment. FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram of a manufacturing state of the embodiment. FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing another embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a predetermined amount of Portland cement, sand, bamboo charcoal No. 2 and micro silica (amorphous silica powder) mixed in a ratio of 1: 0.33: 0.25: 0.2. 1a is bamboo charcoal No. 2 with an air-dry specific gravity of 0.860, 2 is a normal concrete raw material of Portland cement and sand and gravel, 3 is a mold, 3a is the bottom of the mold 3, 3b is 3c is a concave portion of the bottom surface portion, 3d is a convex portion of the same bottom portion, 4 is a molded concrete product containing porous charcoal, and 4a is a pore of 0.5 mm to several mm of the concrete product. 4b is a pumice-shaped medium-sized convex portion, 4c is a small concave portion of several mm to several tens of mm, 5 is a base portion of ordinary concrete, 6 is a concrete product containing porous charcoal of another embodiment of a vegetation pot, 6a is Pores, 6b large pits for vegetation, 6c small Itotsu unit, 6d is a small recess. In this embodiment, small, medium, and small pumice stones are placed on a small natural strip-shaped pumice stone, and a resin molding material such as silicone rubber is poured onto the pumice stones to form small projections 3b, concave parts 3c, and projections. The bottom part 3a of the mold 3 having the part 3d is manufactured. First, a concrete raw material 1 containing charcoal is poured into a formwork 3 having the bottom surface 3a as a bottom surface, and then a raw concrete material 2 is poured from above, and a concrete product 4 containing porous charcoal is placed on a base portion 5 of the normal concrete. Formed. The concrete product 4 has a pumice-like large projection 4b.
Is a concrete wall block product having a large number of small and large pores (see FIG. 1). In the concrete product 4 containing porous charcoal of this example, the primary and secondary efflorescence phenomena were almost eliminated. In addition, the elution of hexavalent chromium could be greatly reduced to about 1/30 or less as compared with ordinary concrete products. This hexavalent chromium was obtained by eluting 15 pieces of 2 cm cubes produced in the same manner as the above-described concrete product 4 containing porous charcoal into 300 ml of distilled water. The elution was about 30 and the elution amount of hexavalent chromium was significantly low.
The specific gravity of the portion of the porous charcoal concrete product 4 is:
The weight was reduced to about 1.5, which is a half. In addition, the PH of the concrete product 4 containing the porous charcoal can be set to a value of about 10 without deterioration of the concrete due to neutralization, and it is possible to approach an environment favorable for vegetation. The inside and the surface of the concrete product 4 containing porous charcoal have a large number of bamboo charcoal Nos. 1a, and the surface has a large number of pores 4a and the surface area is greatly increased. In addition, since there are many large pumice-like convex portions 4b, small concave portions 4c, and small convex portions, the contact area with gas and liquid increases, and the contact with the bamboo charcoal No. 2 1a inside increases. The gas absorbing, adsorbing, moisturizing, and purifying abilities are increasing. In addition, the inclusion of micro-silica allowed the precise transfer of the shapes of the fine projections and holes of the mold, and created a state similar to a real pumice stone. The other embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is an example in which a vegetation pot is manufactured using the same concrete raw material 1 as the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, and the surface has pores 6 a, small convex portions 6 c, and small concave portions 6.
and a large recess 6b for vegetation is formed at the top of a large pumice-like block. The porous charcoal-containing concrete product 6 of this embodiment has a water retention ability and is excellent in vegetation. In addition, vegetation is easy because the elution of hexavalent chromium is small, and since the specific gravity is about 1.5, it is lightweight and easy to carry.

As a result, the purifying ability and deodorizing power of air and liquid can be greatly improved, and the specific gravity can be reduced to about half, so that the transportation cost can be reduced and the workability of concrete sites can be greatly improved. The elution of hexavalent chromium can be greatly reduced. The value of about 10 can be obtained without deteriorating the PH of concrete, which is preferable for vegetation and the environment. Also, the occurrence of primary and secondary abandonment could be suppressed.
Further, a mixture containing amorphous active silica powder can obtain an extremely precise surface transfer force. Since the surface is porous and contains woody carbides, it has high water retention and hygroscopicity, changes its color when wet and dry, and can be made aesthetically superior.
