Description

【0002】

[Conventional technology]
As a moving object detection device that detects a human moving in a predetermined space, a passive infrared detection device that detects infrared rays emitted from an object is often used. The apparatus in one of the pyroelectric infrared detector element, focuses the infrared energy from a plurality of directions by the optical system such as a concave mirror or a full-les Nerurenzu, based on the detection signal obtained from the pyroelectric infrared detection element In addition, it determines the presence or absence of a moving object.
Conventionally, in order to cover a wide range with one device, those equipped with a plurality of pyroelectric infrared detection elements, an optical system and a signal processing system have also been put into practical use. When the pyroelectric infrared detection element, the optical system, and the signal processing system were regarded as one detection unit, there were moving object detection devices incorporating multiple such detection units, but these detection units covered them. The detection range to be detected is basically a form that does not overlap with each other for the purpose of expanding the detection range of the entire device, and it is individually determined whether or not the detection signal obtained from each detection unit exceeds a predetermined detection level. Therefore, if any one of the detection units exceeds a predetermined detection level, it is configured to immediately output a detection signal indicating that there is a moving object.
