ルコールなどで抽出された成分を澱粉や小麦粉などの粉
末に染み込ませて錠剤または顆粒タイプとした製品が作
られている。

て長時間煎じる、いわゆる煎じ方法によるエキス抽出方
法ではないので、全く異質のものと考えられる。またそ
の成分抽出効果においては分析上煎じる方法に比較し劣
るものとされている。 (ハ)錠剤、顆粒タイプにおいてはアルコール抽出等の
方法により抽出されたエキス成分を固形化するために澱
粉や小麦粉などの粉末で形を整え、保存を良くするとと
もに携帯に便利あるいは飲みやすくなるとされるもので
あるが、成分の抽出方法においてやはり本来の煎じる方
法とは異にするものである。現在アガリクス茸は健康食
品として位置付けられており、抗癌抗腫瘍効果あるいは
免疫改善効果などに特異な効果を示していると報告され
ている。しかしその効果の根拠となる成分についてはい
まだ明確にされていない。そのため経験上アガリクス茸
の成分摂取に一番良いとされている方法は煎じて飲むこ
とだとされている。このことを考えるとエキス抽出には
煎じる方法を用い、いつでも好みの量を簡単に飲用で
き、なおかつ日もちのする保存方法を兼ね備えた製品が
望まれるものである。 本発明は、前記のごとき問題点を解決したもので、日も
ちがよく且つ有効成分の多いアガリクス健康飲料を提供
することを目的としている。

とともに酢独特の刺激性をも押さえ、味にまろやかさを
もたせることができ、飲みやすいものとなる。また蜂蜜
の持つ防腐効果も酢の防腐効果とともに相乗的に働きエ
キス液の腐敗等変質を押さえることができ、日持ちのす
る食品とすることができる。さらに酢は胃腸の消化吸収
の働きを助けるという効果をももつため、アガリクス茸
の成分を効果的に体内に摂取するのに役立つという今ま
での製品にない優れた利点も生ずる。

で得られたアガリクスの混合液と煎じ原液(比較例
1)、濃縮液(比較例2)、アガリクス濃縮液と食酢混
合液(比較例3)、アガリクス濃縮液と蜂蜜混合液(比
較例4)を常温で放置し、腐敗の進行を見た結果を表に
して示す。
