In the sheet waterproofing method, in addition to the entire surface bonding method of the waterproof sheet, there are a spotting method of partially bonding, a floating method of bonding only the end portion of the waterproof layer to the base, and an insulating method. A deaeration board had to be installed for deaeration, which was troublesome on site and cost was not reduced. "Blowing of waterproof layer" in waterproofing methods such as asphalt waterproofing, sheet waterproofing, and coating film waterproofing
It is the water remaining on the base that causes the "water blister of the waterproof layer". Moisture remaining on the base was heated by solar heat to become expanded water vapor, which required degassing.

[0008] There is a perforated tarpaulin in the asphalt tarpaulin. The purpose of the perforated tarpaulin is so-called deaeration for bleeding air. In the asphalt waterproofing method, air is easily formed due to thick coating, which causes a significant cause of blistering and deterioration of the asphalt waterproof layer. Cracks in the foundation of concrete or the like also cause cracks in the asphalt waterproofing layer. Therefore, a vent hole for bleeding air is required, which is completely different from the object of the present invention. In the case of the present invention, air can freely flow between the fabric-type perforated sheet and the waterproof base surface, and the freely flowing air can freely enter and exit from the outside through deaeration holes provided on the surrounding wall side. are doing. Therefore, the waterproofing method according to the present invention is completely different from the conventional waterproofing method that had to shut off the air,
Conversely, it is a waterproofing method that may contain air.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS According to the waterproofing method using a woven perforated sheet according to the present invention or a woven perforated sheet impregnated and applied by impregnating or applying a mixed solution of vinyl acetate and corn starch, the waterproof construction is performed. Even if a crack is formed on the surface, the woven perforated sheet does not cause any damage to the woven perforated sheet itself, since only the point joints around the crack are peeled off.
This is because the woven fabric perforated sheet is laid on the waterproof construction surface, an adhesive is applied to the holes of the woven fabric perforated sheet, and point bonding is performed so that the periphery of the perforated portion is adhered to the base. By applying a coating film waterproof material on the upper surface of the woven perforated sheet, waterproofing can be easily and reliably performed.

The woven fabric used for the woven perforated sheet is composed of a combination of warp yarns and weft yarns, and the basic structure which is the basic structure of the combination is plain weave, oblique weave, satin weave, or the like. In the case of the present invention, a hole is automatically formed in advance in the process of weaving the woven fabric, and a portion other than the hole is densely woven, so that the waterproof material applied to the upper surface can be prevented from permeating through the weave. That is, the formation of gaps and holes in the woven fabric can be arbitrarily adjusted depending on the surface width of the woven yarn of the woven fabric and the weaving method. When an existing fabric is used, holes having predetermined dimensions can be mechanically opened at predetermined intervals.

[0015] Depending on the scale or location of the waterproof construction site and other construction conditions, it is necessary to impart complete water shielding and rigidity to the fabric. For this purpose, a woven perforated sheet is used in which a woven fabric having perforated holes of predetermined dimensions at predetermined intervals is impregnated and hardened by dipping or coating a solution in which vinyl acetate and corn starch are mixed at a predetermined ratio.

The thickness of the woven fabric used for the woven perforated sheet is preferably in the range of 0.2 to 2.0 mm. The size of the hole formed in the surface of the woven fabric is preferably in the range of 1.2 to 15 mm. When the thickness is less than 1.2 mm, the adhesive does not flow sufficiently and the adhesive bonding with the waterproof construction surface is insufficient and the adhesive is easily peeled off. The stretching force becomes strong, and it becomes impossible to adhere the woven perforated sheet uniformly.

The interval between the holes formed in the woven fabric perforated sheet must be determined according to the size of the holes, the thickness and the material of the woven perforated sheet, but a range of 3 to 100 mm is preferable. If it is less than 3 mm, it takes too much time to complete the construction. This is because if the distance is 100 mm or more, the interval is too large, and the effect of spot joining is reduced.
The holes may be arranged in a grid pattern or in a staggered pattern.

Example 3 A hemp bag, which is a hemp fiber woven fabric having an original texture of plain weave, is immersed in a solution obtained by adding 15 parts by weight of a commercially available corn starch to 100 parts by weight of a commercially available vinyl acetate emulsion and a small amount of other additives. It was impregnated and hardened. The hemp bag has a hole at an arbitrary place because the gap is relatively large. By soaking in the solution, only a large void remains as a hole, and the other part is covered with a weave and the waterproof material cannot pass through. Using this fabric type perforated sheet, construction was performed by the same waterproofing method as in Example 1, and the same results as in Example 1 could be obtained.
