Claims (8)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 目地用平面部及び凹凸を付けた装飾用隆
起部をもつ型板を備えたプレス成形装置に金属帯板を間
欠的に送り込み、金属帯板を介して目地部形成用平面部
に対向配置された目地押え具及び軟質弾性体に型板を押
し付けて金属帯板をプレス成形する際、前回のプレス成
形で形成された金属帯板の被成形部の幅方向両端部を上
側端部板押えと下側端部板押えとの間で拘束し、被成形
部の入側部を入側部上側板押えと入側部下側板押えとの
間で拘束し、被成形部の出側部を型板の装飾用出側隆起
部及び該装飾用出側隆起部よりも軟質弾性体側に突出し
ている平板状軟質弾性体と出側目地押え具との間で拘束
することを特徴とするサイディング材用金属面板の製造
方法。
1. 被成形部の幅方向両端部を拘束する上下の端部板押え
と、被成形部の入側部を拘束する上下の入側部板押え
と、被成形部の出側部を拘束する平板状軟質弾性体及び
出側目地押え具とを備え、型板の装飾用出側隆起部より
も平板状軟質弾性体が軟質弾性体側に突出しており、前
回プレス成形で形成された模様形成部の入側一定部分が
今回プレス成形で型板の装飾用出側隆起部と軟質弾性体
の出側部との間で拘束されるプレス成形装置。
