Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 計量、洗米、排米、水加減、排米の各工
程をプログラムしてスタート信号の入力で各工程を実行
する洗米機(1)を備え、浸し、点火、炊飯、蒸しの各
工程をプログラムしている炊飯器(2)を備え、該炊飯
器(2)の炊飯データを前記洗米機(1)のプログラム
データに入力して炊飯器(2)と洗米機(1)を通信制
御可能としていることを特徴とする洗米処理装置。

【請求項2】 洗米機(1)の洗米槽(15)に給水す
る又は/給水した水温を計測するセンサー(15A)を
備え、該センサー(15A)の計測温度が高いときは浸
し時間を短く、一方、計測温度が低いときは浸し時間を
長くなるように制御することを特徴とする洗米処理装
置。
2.
