Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively and brightly illuminate the surface of a round fan for a long time and to enhance its decoration effect by forming a round fan body of material having translucency, mounting light emitting elements for introducing light into the round fan body to allow the round fan body to emit light at the round fan. SOLUTION: The round fan body 10 is constituted by integrally forming the entire part thereof of a transparent synthetic resin (for example, an acrylic resin). The more specific shape is formed by providing the inside with an approximately disk-shaped main light emitting part 11 and connecting an annular outer peripheral part 21 and the main light emitting part 11 to each other by a plurality of connecting parts 26. The one surface of the main light emitting part 11 is formed as a display part 13 and the other surface as a reflection part. The three light emitting elements 70 are all installed near the portion of a handle 50 connected to the main light emitting part 11. The light emitting elements are so installed that the central light emitting element faces the axial direction of the handle 50 and the right and left light emitting elements respectively face to incline laterally with the plane of the main light emitting part 11 with respect to the axial direction of the handle 50.

The main light emitting section 11 has a display section 13 on one side and a reflection section 23 on the other side. The display unit 13 has a planar shape, and a decorative unit 15 made of a decorative film is attached to a surface of the display unit 13. The decorating section 15 is formed in the shape of a blank character by printing so that light passes only from a necessary portion of the transparent film, or is configured by simply printing a pattern. Alternatively, the film constituting the decorating portion 15 may be an opaque film, and only the portion that becomes a blank character or a blank pattern may be cut out. In short, any printing format may be used as long as it is printed so that the decoration is effectively raised on the front side by irradiating light from the back side. In the drawing, for the sake of illustration, the decorative portion 15 (the reflecting member 2 described below) is shown.

The entire surface of the reflecting portion 23 is a tapered surface. FIG. 3A shows the taper state extremely large compared to the actual state in order to clearly show the taper state. However, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG.
It has a tapered surface that reduces the thickness from the root portion to which the handle 50 is attached toward the tip portion. That is, the display section 13 is formed flat (parallel to the light traveling direction), and the reflecting section 23 is formed slightly tapered (slightly oblique to the light traveling direction). In other words, the light emitted from the light emitting element 70 installed at the base portion to which the handle 50 is attached is
Is tapered so that its thickness decreases in the direction in which it advances toward the tip. A reflection member 25 made of white paper for reflection is attached to the reflection portion 23. The reflection member 25 may be of any other color as long as it reflects light, and the material may be another material such as a resin film, and a paint may be directly applied to the reflection portion 23 or vapor deposited. The reflective member 25 may be provided with a blank character so that light leaks from a part thereof, so that the reflective member 25 can be used as a reflective portion and at the same time as a display portion.

Next, the handle 50 is cylindrical and has three button batteries 51 and one slide switch 53 inside.
And the three light emitting elements 70 are housed in a circuit-coupled manner. And the slide button 55 of the slide switch 53
Is turned on to turn the light emitting element 70 on and off. Each of the three light emitting elements 70 is installed in the vicinity of the portion of the handle 50 connected to the main light emitting portion 11, with the central one oriented in the axial direction of the handle 50 and the left and right ones oriented in the axis of the handle 50. It is installed so as to be inclined left and right in the plane of the main light emitting unit 11 with respect to the direction. That is, by changing the direction of the plurality of light emitting elements 70, each part of the main light emitting unit 11 is made to emit light uniformly. In this embodiment, a light emitting diode is used as the light emitting element 70, but a light emitting element having another structure may be used. Further, the number of the light emitting elements 70 can be changed as needed, and it is sufficient that the number is one or more.

Next, the operation of the fan 1 will be described.
The fan 1 is used, for example, as a gift for sales promotion, used in place of a penlight at a concert hall, or used as a fan for a Bon dance or a night stall. That is, when the slide switch 53 is turned on by operating the slide button 55 in a dark place, the three light emitting elements 70 are turned on, and light travels in the plane of the main light emitting section 11. Although this light travels substantially parallel to the surface of the display unit 13, most of the light is reflected on this opposite surface because the reflection unit 23 has a tapered surface, and travels toward the display unit 13 side. Therefore, most of the light is radiated from the entire surface of the display unit 13 to the outside,
The decoration unit 15 is effectively illuminated.

A part of the light is introduced from the outer periphery of the main light emitting portion 11 to the outer peripheral portion 21 through the connecting portion 26,
And the outer peripheral portion 21 is also illuminated. However, since the amount of light introduced into them is not large, they cannot be illuminated as brightly as the main light emitting portion 11.

Since the light quantity of the light emitting element 70 is not so large, when the entire fan main body 10 is formed in a flat plate shape and the whole surface is illuminated brightly, a portion close to the light emitting element 70 can be illuminated brightly. The portion near the outer peripheral edge of the fan body 10 away from 70 becomes darker,
The unevenness of light becomes large and hinders the decorativeness.
0 may be used as long as it is small). Therefore, in the present embodiment, only the main light emitting portion 11 having a small area in the fan main body 10 is brightly illuminated, and the decoration made in that portion is effectively raised, and the other portions are relatively dark. However, it was designed to further enhance the decoration effect by emitting light.

Further, the main light emitting portion 11 is provided at a position closer to the handle 50 than the center of the fan main body 10 as in this embodiment because the light emitting element 70 is provided at the handle 50 portion. , The main light emitting portion 11 as much as possible

In the above embodiment, the main light emitting section 11
The outer portion 21 is connected to the outer peripheral portion 21 by the connecting portion 26 to form the opening 2.
7 is provided for the following three reasons. That is, one is for drafting. Since the fan 1 is for decoration, it is not so effective for sending wind. Since the fan body 10 is made of molded resin, it does not bend so much. When the fan body is turned upside down, there is a possibility that wind pressure may cause a problem such as cracking of the fan body 10 or the portion between the fan body 10 and the handle 50. is there. Therefore, an opening 27 for venting is provided. The second is opening 27
Is provided to reduce the weight of the fan 1. Third, the provision of the opening 27 allows the connecting portion 26 to have various shapes to enhance its decorativeness.

In the above embodiment, one surface of the main light emitting section 11 (display section 13) is mainly illuminated. However, the opposite reflecting section 23 may be illuminated as a display section. That is, as shown in FIG. 3B, both the display unit 13 and the reflection unit 23 are formed in a tapered shape, and the decoration and reflection members 15 and 25 are provided on both surfaces thereof. Light reflected from different surfaces enters the two surfaces 13 and 23, and both surfaces are evenly illuminated.
