Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.坑井頭(5−8,45−48)、坑井頭に取り付けられているクリスマスツ リー(10−19,50−59)、及び海面(2)において生産用作業船(3) と接続する少なくとも1本の上昇管(31−32)を具備している石油或いはガ スを海洋生産するための海底坑井集成装置であって、 クリスマスツリー(10−19,50−59)の頂部に、該クリスマスツリー と連結(21,22)しているスイベル装置(20)が取り付けられていること 、及び スイベル装置が、上昇管或いはホース(31,32)及び接続管或いは制御ケ ーブル(33)を接続するための、好ましくは、横方向を向いている接続部材( 31A、32A、33A)を具備していることを特徴とする海底坑井集成装置。 2.スイベル装置(20)より低い位置に、水平軸の周囲を一定角度の範囲で回 転するようになっていて且つその外方端(64,74)で、生産用作業船を係留 するための少なくとも1本の係留索(69,79)と接続されるようになってい るヨーク(63,64,73,74)を取り付けるための取付部材(61,71 )が取り付けられていること、及び、 前記取付部材(61,71)が、前記スイベル装置の軸と共軸になっている中 心の垂直軸(20X)の周囲を回転できるハウジング(60,70)の上に取り 付けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の集成装置。 3.坑井頭が導管(47)を備えている請求の範囲第2項に記載の集成装置であ って、 前記ハウジング(60)が、導管(47)に回転可能に取り付けられていて、 実際のクリスマスツリー(50)或いはスイベル装置(20)に顕著な応力を与 えずに係留力を前記取付部材(61)から直接導管へ移動させることを特徴とす る集成装置。 4.前記ハウジング(70)が、吸着錨のような投錨要素(80)によって、海 底(1)に独立した基礎を備えている基礎構造体(89)に回転可能に取り付け られていて、実際のクリスマスツリー(50)、スイベル装置(20)或いは坑 井頭(45−48)に顕著な応力を与えずに、前記取付部材(71)から係留力 を直接投錨要素(80)に移動させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項に記載 の集成装置。 5.前記スイベル装置(20)と前記ハウジング(60)を協同して回転させる ために、該スイベル装置と該ハウジングとの間に、機械カップリング(66)が 取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2、3又は4項に記載の集成 装置。 6.スイベル装置(20)のコア部材(25)を軸方向に貫通している中央の流 体流路(21,22)が、該スイベル装置の頂部にまで、その全長を延在してい て、該スイベル装置の頂部には、流体流路(21,22)を閉鎖するための脱着 可能な閉鎖部材(29)が取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 −5項のいずれか1つに記載の集成装置。 7.前記上昇管(31,32)の下方端部が、スイベル装置(20)の中央に接 続されていて、且つ、好ましくは、ヨーク脚(63,73)の間の中央で、該ス イベル装置から外方に向かって延在していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2− 6項のいずれか1つに記載の集成装置。 8.実質的にあらゆる係留条件下において、前記上昇管(31,32)が、ヨー ク脚(63,73)の角位置以上の水平の角位置で、前記スイベル装置(20) から延在していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載の集成装置。 9.接続管(33)を接続するための接続部材(33A)が、前記スイベル装置 (20)の上方部分に配設されていること、及びこれが、同じ位置で、ケーブル 接続類のための、電気/油圧式スリップリング装置のようなスイベル部材(28 )を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第7又は8項に記載の集成装置。 10.前記クリスマスツリー(10,50)が、その下方部分、及び、好ましく は、その頂部に、坑井頭(8,48)と協同する脱着可能なコネクタ手段(10 A、10B、50B)を備えていて、そして前記クリスマスツリー(10,50 )とスイベル装置(20)とを一緒に或いは別々に回収するための協同手段(2 0B)を、スイベル装置(20)の底部に備えていることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1−9項のいずれか1つに記載の集成装置。 11.前記クリスマスツリー(50)が、従来の設計に比べて簡素化されたクリ スマスツリーであって、実質的に、1基の生産マスタバルブ(51)と1基の環 状バルブ(52)とを具備していることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1−10項の いずれか1つに記載の集成装置。 12.前記接続部材(31A、32A)が、ウイングバルブとして機能するよう になっているバルブ類を備えていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載 の集成装置。
